Abstract: A portable support system having a portable support having a first end and a second end. The first end includes a tapered portion, and the second end includes a footing structure. The system also includes a receiving member having a support cone configured to receive the tapered portion. The support cone has a tapered inner surface and a tapered outer surface. The inner surface and outer surface are engagable with mating tapered surfaces. The receiving member is capable of attachment to one or both of a frame and a panel for use as a platform.

Abstract: Projection apparatuses and associated methods are provided. A representative apparatus includes: a support frame defining a projection area; a polymeric screen of sheet material sized and shaped to span at least a portion of the projection area; a retention member operative to contact the polymeric screen along an edge thereof; and a tensioning assembly operative to apply tension to the screen via the retention member, the tensioning assembly being operative to selectively reposition the retention member relative to the support frame.

The rotatable shaft selectively imparts rotation to the second drum by selectively imparting rotation to the first drum. A maximum number of processors on the computer is designated as available for executing a machine vision application, wherein the maximum number may be less than the total number of processors on the computer. When the machine vision application program operates execution of each tool routine is limited to using simultaneously no more than the maximum number of processors.
