The binder holder includes first and section connection arms extending from the binder holder on a side opposite the connection to the front wall. The first and second connection arms extend in opposite directions from the binder holder. A first connector extends from a first side wall of the storage section for mating with the first connection arm. A second connector extends from a second side wall of the storage section for mating with the second connection arm. When the first connector mates with the first connection arm and the second connector mates with the second connection arm, the binder holder forms a pouch with the front wall for selectively receiving an item therein.

The base plate receives the handheld electronic device within a first side thereof and includes a male connector spaced and extending from a side of the base plate opposite the first side. The male connector has a size and shape similar to the size and shape of the recess. Insertion of the male connector into the recess and rotation of the male connector to be misaligned with the recess causes the base plate and handheld electronic device to be releasably locked to the mounting plate. The male connector on the base plate or the mounting plate may also be used detached from a surface as a handle for holding the electronic device when in use.

Abstract: The present invention is directed to an item holding assembly that may include a binder and portfolio with one releasably attached to the other enabling quick and easy separation for use of one independent of the other. In a preferred embodiment, binder and portfolio panels can overlie one another, particularly when releasably engaged in a manner that releasably attaches them. A flap, such as part of the panel or the panel of one is received in a pocket formed in the panel of the other to facilitate and preferably provide releasable attachment.

Abstract: A multi page product hang tag includes at least one overlay sheet having pages hingedly attached to a spine with the spine attached to a backing sheet. The backing sheet is attachable to a displayable product, e.g., a binder. Each overlay sheet has an interruption between each page and the spine connected by laminate material that forms a hinge along each interruption. In manufacture, an indicia carrying sheet, e.g., stock, is formed to remove material defining each page and spine along with the hinge-defining interruption therebetween. At least one bridge of the sheet extends between each page and spine above and/or below its corresponding interruption. After laminating the formed sheet, additional forming removes each bridge producing a multi-paged overlay sheet that is in turn attached to a backing sheet to form a product hang tag in accordance with the invention.

Abstract: A binder hold down page of multifunction construction. The hold down page is equipped with at least one article holder. The hold down page has a hold down surface opposite an outer surface, at least one of which is configured with an article holder of integral construction. A plurality of article holders can be provided, each for holding a different type of article. In one preferred embodiment, both surfaces are configured with at least one article holder. In another preferred embodiment, both surfaces are configured with a plurality of article holders. A hold down page constructed in accordance with the invention is retained along one side in a binder. The hold down page preferably also is releasably latched to the binder along a side of the page that is spaced from the side captured by the binder. Rings can be used to retain the hold down page in the binder.

Abstract: A binder arrangement that has a plurality of covers hingably connected to a spine that spaces apart each cover such that each cover can carry a binder and be closed one on top of the other without either binder interfering with each other or case closure. Each binder includes a hold down page that is releasably attached by a hold down page latch that accommodates the binder holding contents having different thicknesses. In a preferred embodiment, the hold down page latch comprises a hook and loop fastener that has a loop strip fixed to a latch strap and a hook strip that is fixed to the hold down page. To increase the number of opening and closing cycles the binder arrangement can endure, the binder arrangement has sidewalls joined by a fastening arrangement that is resiliently anchored at one end to the spine, preferably by an elastomeric connector. In one preferred embodiment, the fastening arrangement is a zipper that is resiliently anchored at its zipper bottom stop by a piece of elastic fabric.
