  • Publication number: 20250122299
Abstract: Provided herein are novel anti-CD20 x anti-CD28 antibodies and methods of using such antibodies for the treatment of B-cell malignancies. Subject anti-CD20 x anti-CD28 antibodies are capable of agonistically binding to CD28 costimulatory molecules on T cells and CD20 on tumor cells. Thus, such antibodies enhance anti-tumor activity at tumor sites. The subject antibodies provided herein are particularly useful in combination with other anti-cancer therapies (e.g., anti-CD3 x anti-CD20 x anti-CD79b antibodies) for the treatment of B-cell malignancies.

  • Publication number: 20250113130
Abstract: A method for making smart glasses includes obtaining a monocoque temple pre-form made as a one-piece seamless shell structure with shell walls enclosing a hollow compartment. The hollow compartment has an open end and a bottom opposite the open end. The method further includes inserting a first pre-assembled smart glasses components module into the hollow compartment through the open end of the hollow compartment and disposing the first pre-assembled smart glasses components module at a bottom of the hollow compartment. The method further includes inserting a second pre-assembled smart glasses components module through the open end of the hollow compartment, electrically connecting the second pre-assembled smart glasses components module to the first pre-assembled smart glasses components module, and attaching the monocoque temple pre-form to a frame of the smart glasses.

  • Publication number: 20250100656
Abstract: A water flow deflection device attached to a side of a watercraft to enhance the watercraft's wake. The device having a narrow, elongated base with two ends and a base width, the base aligned along the side of the watercraft when the device is attached to the watercraft. A deflector attached to the base between the two ends and having a face spanning between a leading end and an opposing end, the leading end extending outwardly from the base. The deflector face having a surface area configured to deflect water and a deflector width greater than the base width. The base removably attachable to the watercraft by a plurality of suction cup assemblies, wherein a greater number of suction cup assemblies located between the first end and the leading end of the deflector than between the second end and the leading end of the deflector.

  • Patent number: 12247068
Abstract: This invention is in the area of improved anti-aP2 antibodies and antigen binding agents, and compositions thereof, which target the lipid chaperone aP2/FABP4 (referred to as “aP2”) for use in treating disorders such as diabetes, obesity, cardiovascular disease, fatty liver disease, and/or cancer, among others. In one aspect, improved treatments for aP2 mediated disorders are disclosed in which serum aP2 is targeted and the biological activity of aP2 is neutralized or modulated using low-binding affinity aP2 monoclonal antibodies, providing lower fasting blood glucose levels, improved systemic glucose metabolism, increased systemic insulin sensitivity, reduced fat mass, reduced liver steatosis, reduced cardiovascular disease and/or a reduced risk of developing cardiovascular disease.

  • Patent number: 12157543
Abstract: A water flow deflection device to enhance a watercraft's wake. An elongated base with two ends is aligned along the side of the watercraft. The base has a deflector interface with concentrically arranged teeth. A deflector assembly is operably attached to the base between the two ends, with a face that deflects water. The deflector's leading end is closer to the watercraft than the trailing end. The deflector assembly has a base interface with concentrically arranged teeth. Two or more suction cup assemblies attach to the elongated base to provide removable attachment, with one attached between a first end and the deflector interface and another attached between a second end and the deflector interface. The concentrically arranged teeth of the deflector interface and the base interface operably interlock, allowing rotational adjustment of the deflector relative to the base.

  • Patent number: 12085440
Abstract: An augmented reality-based acoustic analysis method includes identifying structural elements of a space and determining structural parameters of the structural elements and a structural parameter of the space. The method further includes displaying, by an augmented reality (AR) device, a virtual lighting fixture model on a viewport of the AR device, where the virtual lighting fixture model is overlaid on a real-time image of the space. The method also includes determining, by the AR device, a sound reverberation time of the space based on at least a sound absorption parameter associated with the virtual lighting fixture model and a sound absorption parameter of the space determined based on the structural parameters of the structural elements and the structural parameter of the space.

  • Publication number: 20230333678
Abstract: A fingertip protective cover to reduce transmission of germs, viruses and the like when a person’s fingertip contacts a touchscreen, such as are used on many electronic devices. A dome shaped main body has a convex top surface, adapted for contact with touchscreen contact points. A bottom surface has a concave recess for receiving a portion of a human fingertip. At least the recess of the fingertip protective cover is sufficiently self-adhesive to releasably adhere to the fingertip in use, or alternatively an adhesive is disposed in the recess. The top surface is electrically conductive to permit use with electrically conductive (capacitive) touchscreens. The entirety of the fingertip protective cover may be formed of an electrically conductive material, or alternatively the top surface may be covered with a layer of electrically conductive material.
