    Abstract: Disclosed are a system message notification and sending method and apparatus. The method comprises: a CU determines system message relevant information; and the CU sends the system message relevant information to a DU. The DU receives the system message relevant information sent by the CU; and the DU notifies a terminal of the information. The present application provides an access control and system message processing solution under a CU-DU architecture, and a CU can provide sufficient auxiliary information to a DU, and thus the DU can generate suitable system information according to same. The two coordinate to provide a service to a UE, and the system efficiency is improved and a good user experience is ensured.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present application discloses a method, system and apparatus for transmitting Minimization of Drive-Tests (MDT) measurement configuration parameters, relate to the field of wireless communications and address the problem that a User Equipment (UE) can not perform MDT measurement when the UE is configured by the network side to perform MDT measurement. In the present application, a Mobility Management Entity (MME) receives MDT measurement configuration parameters of a user equipment transmitted from a Home Subscriber Server (HSS); the MME determines whether cell list information in the MDT measurement configuration parameters includes information of a cell controlled by a base station controlling a serving cell of the user equipment; and the MME transmits the MDT measurement configuration parameters to the base station serving the user equipment when the result of determination is YES. With the invention, the problem of the UE failing to perform MDT measurement can be avoided.

The method is: an MME receiving a D2D request message of a UE that is sent by a base station, determining requested D2D characteristics according to the D2D request message, determining an acceptable D2D characteristic in the requested D2D characteristics, and sending the accepted D2D characteristic to the base station; and after receiving the accepted D2D characteristic returned by the MME, the base station determining whether to accept the D2D request of the UE, and if yes, the base station performing resource configuration and instructing the UE to perform the accepted D2D characteristic; otherwise, the base station rejecting the D2D request of the UE.
