  • Publication number: 20090271383
Abstract: Techniques for deriving a context for enforcing a data disclosure policy while accessing a database are provided. The techniques include receiving a request for database access with met a information, parsing the meta information to identify a context, receiving a user query, formulating a query equivalent to-the user query, wherein the equivalent query implements the identified context to enforce a data disclosure policy, and accessing the database with the equivalent query.

  • Patent number: 7389643
Abstract: A double wall venturi chamber having a converging section, a diverging section and a cylindrical section wherein said chamber defines a venturi zone in which compressed air, fuel and combustion products flow downstream through converging section, diverging section and cylindrical section, and has a cooling gas passage between the walls of the venturi chamber, a least one cooling gas inlet in an outlet wall of the venturi chamber, and at least one cooling gas outlet in an inner wall of the venturi chamber, wherein said cooling gas outlet is in at least one of the diverging and the cylindrical section, and the outlet is downstream of the at least one cooling gas inlet and upstream of an axial end of the chamber.

  • Patent number: 7383293
Abstract: In a database system having a primary server side (10) and a secondary server side (30), a high availability data replicator (26, 46) transfers log entries from the primary side (10) to the secondary side (30) and replays the transferred log entries to synchronize the secondary side (30) with the primary side (10). R-tree index transfer threads (54, 56) copy user-defined routines, the user defined index, and index databases deployed on the primary server side (10) to the secondary server side (30) and deploy the copied user-defined routines, reconstruct the user-defined index, and copy data pages on the secondary side (30) to make the user-defined index consistent and usable on the secondary side (30).

  • Patent number: 6951109
Abstract: Variations in dilution air leakage paths in a gas turbine combustion liner assembly are minimized or eliminated to reduce emissions and variations in emissions from combustor to combustor. Leakage paths between the liner sleeve and venturi outer liner are minimized by using additional rivets at that joint. The leakage paths between the outer and inner sleeves of the venturi are eliminated by applying a peripheral weld to the end edges of the flanges of the outer and inner sleeves. The leakage paths between the venturi and outer liner are minimized while simultaneously maintaining accurate venturi throat area relative to the cap centerbody by match drilling holes through the liner sleeve and the overlapped flanges of the venturi and followed by riveting the parts together.

  • Patent number: 6579519
Abstract: The present invention relates to sustained release and long residing opthalmic formulation having thermosensitivity, mucoadhesiveness, hydro gel properties and small particle size. The said formulation comprises micelle solution of random block co-polymer having a hydrophobic component and a hydrophillic component of general formula —(X+Y+Z-)m, and at least one hydrophobic drug with the block co-polymer solution. The invention also provides a process of preparing said formulation.
