  • Patent number: 11385946
Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure relate to processing systems using improved techniques for mapping events from user device to a cloud storage system. A computing platform, such as a cloud event mapping platform, may receive, at a task manager hosted on the computing platform, events to be processed. The computing platform may use the task manager to determine file objects corresponding to each event. The computing platform may use the task manager to determine a subset of the events to be processed by each dispatcher. The computing platform may use a first dispatcher to generate an event dispatch queue using a plurality of heuristics. After determining expiration of a delay corresponding to each event in the dispatch queue, the computing platform may dispatch each event in the dispatch queue for execution.

  • Publication number: 20220214224
Abstract: Systems, methods and devices relate to remote temperature sensing responsive to fractional currents used to bias a remote temperature diode. Fractional currents may be selected to simplify at least some temperature calculations performed using digital logic. Values of at least two voltage changes may be determined at least partially based on values of voltages generated across a pair of nodes at least partially responsive to excitation currents. Such pair of nodes associated with sensing paths coupled with a remote diode. A value of temperature may be determined at least partially based on the values of at least two voltage changes and a stored value of a fractional mirror ratio. The fractional mirror ratio represents a relationship between current magnitudes of excitation currents.

  • Publication number: 20220208672
Abstract: A mechanism is provided to reduce noise effects on signals traversing bond wires of a SOC by forming a bond wire ring structure that decreases mutual inductance and capacitive coupling. Bond wires form the ring structure in a daisy chain connecting isolated ground leads at a semiconductor device package surrounding the semiconductor device. This structure reduces out-of-plane electromagnetic field interference generated by signals in lead wires, as well as mutual capacitance and mutual inductance.

Abstract: The present invention provides stable pharmaceutical compositions, comprising a pharmaceutically effective amount of testosterone or a pharmaceutically acceptable ester thereof, a pharmaceutically acceptable oil vehicle, and a stabilizing amount of benzyl alcohol, for example, about 1% to 3% weight/volume of benzyl alcohol. The present invention also provides a process for stabilizing testosterone-containing pharmaceutical compositions by ageing them at a temperature of about 20° C. to about 60° C. for at least 48 hours, e.g., prior to secondary packing and labeling. These compositions were stable over the shelf life of the product, without exhibiting crystal formation, even upon storing at temperatures of about 2° C. to about 8° C. Other aspects of the invention relate to methods for making such pharmaceutical compositions, as well as methods of using such pharmaceutical compositions for hormone replacement therapy, e.g.

  • Patent number: 11375276
Abstract: Methods and systems are provided herein for recommending a media asset based on a geographic location at which that media asset was frequently consumed. For example, the system may monitor a location, such as New York City or Times Square, to determine popular media assets watched there, such as “The Avengers,” and when another user visits New York City, the system may then notify the user that the movie, such as “The Avengers,” is associated with New York City. The system stores the geographic locations associated with the media asset in the database based on the consumption of the media asset so that other users may be notified which media assets are associated with each geographic location.

  • Publication number: 20220188499
Abstract: Area and routing overhead issues of traditional anamux incorporation in a semiconductor device are overcome by placing a functional anamux block on top of an I/O pad. In some embodiments, multiple anamux blocks can be stacked either vertically or placed on neighboring I/O pads for horizontal stacking. Embodiments provide the anamux blocks as the same width as the I/O pads and the width is optimized to minimize padring height. In some embodiments, a power/ground I/O (PGE) bond pad architecture is enabled by the incorporation of both I/O pad and anamux blocks in the same region, providing two bonding regions, which can further reduce chip area. Some embodiments also permit routing of signals through the anamux block to neighoring blocks and the I/O channels.

  • Patent number: 11355394
Abstract: Methods of dicing semiconductor wafers, each wafer having a plurality of integrated circuits, are described. In an example, a method of dicing a semiconductor wafer having a plurality of integrated circuits involves forming a mask above the semiconductor wafer, the mask including a layer covering and protecting the integrated circuits. The mask is patterned with a laser scribing process to provide a patterned mask with gaps, exposing regions of the semiconductor wafer between the integrated circuits. Subsequent to patterning the mask, a breakthrough treatment is performed, the breakthrough treatment comprising a first physical bombardment operation, a second iterative isotropic and directional plasma etch operation, and a third directional breakthrough operation. Subsequent to performing the breakthrough treatment, the semiconductor wafer is plasma etched through the gaps in the patterned mask to singulate the integrated circuits.

Abstract: Systems and methods are presented herein for generating a new language understanding model, based on a user request. A user may input a root language and a locale into an application for generating a student language model. The application may generate the student language model and may identify a teacher language model related to the student language model. The application may compare data from the identified teacher language model to the student language model. The application may determine a subset of data from the teacher language model is not contained in the student language model. If the application determines at least a subset of data from the teacher language model is not in the student language model, the application may add at least the subset of data from the teacher language model to the student language model.

  • Patent number: 11303268
Abstract: A system and method for efficiently storing and driving data between pipeline stages. In various embodiments, a flip-flop circuit includes a bypass circuit, which is a tri-state inverter, and the bypass circuit receives a clock signal and a version of a data signal. When the clock signal received by the flip-flop circuit is asserted, the output of the bypass circuit is sent as the output of the flip-flop circuit. In one example, the version of the data signal received by the bypass circuit is the data signal. In another example, the version of the data signal received by the bypass circuit is the output of a master latch. Although the output of the master latch is pre-charged, when the clock is asserted, each of a late arriving rising and falling data transition are included in the critical path of the flip-flop circuit.
