  • Publication number: 20210042993
Abstract: Certain embodiments involve visually augmenting images of three-dimensional containers with virtual elements that fill one or more empty regions of the three-dimensional containers. For instance, a computing system receives a first image that depicts a storage container and identify sub-containers within the storage container. The computing system selects, from a virtual object library, a plurality of virtual objects that are semantically related to the sub-container. The computing system determines an arrangement of the virtual objects within the sub-container based on semantics associated with the sub-container and the plurality of virtual objects. The computing system generates a second image that depicts the arrangement of the plurality of virtual objects within the storage container and sub-containers. The computing system generates, for display, the second image depicting the storage container and the arrangement of the virtual objects.

  • Publication number: 20210044622
Abstract: Techniques for hierarchical security policies are disclosed. A first network configuration is received, where the first network configuration includes a plurality of subnets and a plurality of security zones. An updated network configuration is generated based on the first network configuration by generating, for a first security zone of the plurality of security zones, a first master class, and generating, for each respective subnet of the plurality of subnets, a respective bridge domain. For each respective bridge domain, a respective local endpoint group (EPG) corresponding to the first security zone is created, and the first master class is assigned to the respective local EPG. Finally, one or more contracts are generated for the first master class based on the first network configuration.

  • Patent number: 10916260
Abstract: A system for detection of a target sound in an environment of a vehicle, includes an audio sensor, a computer processor, and a memory storing a digital target sound template produced by converting a sample of the target sound in accordance with conversion parameters. The computer processor receives a sound signal from the audio sensor, digitizes the sound signal in accordance with the conversion parameters, and determines a degree of similarity between the digitized signal and the digital target sound template. The sound signal may be logarithmically amplified before being digitized. The sound signal may be received from two audio sensors, and the direction of the target sound may be determined based on a difference between time indices for detection of the target sound for each audio sensor.

  • Publication number: 20210037274
Abstract: Systems and methods are described to address shortcomings in conventional systems by correcting an erroneous term in on-screen caption text for a media asset. In some aspects, the systems and methods identify the erroneous term in a text segment of the on-screen caption text, and identify one or more video frames of the media asset corresponding to the text segment. The systems and methods further identify a contextual term related to the erroneous term from the one or more video frames. By accessing a knowledge graph, the systems and methods identify a candidate correction based on the contextual term and a portion of the text segment. Lastly, the systems and methods replaces the erroneous term with the candidate correction.

  • Publication number: 20210034549
Abstract: The disclosed techniques enable a software program to communicate with a peripheral device (e.g., a sensor), via a low-level communication protocol such as the I2C protocol, even though the software program does not include lower-level code configured to implement a sequence of operations defined for the low-level communication protocol. The techniques determine that the software program includes a high-level operation that instructs for communications to be conducted with the peripheral device. The high-level operation is associated with a separately stored configuration file that includes the lower-level code configured to implement the sequence of operations enabling the communications to be conducted with the peripheral device via the low-level communication protocol.

  • Publication number: 20210034597
Abstract: An illustrative file indexing approach enhances what was previously possible with hypervisor-free live browsing of virtual machine (VM) block-level backup copies. Capabilities are described for indexing files discovered in VM block-level backup copies, including file content. The illustrative file indexing functionality activates a live-browse session to discover files present within VM block-level backup copies and indexes file names and directory structures as created by an original source VM, resulting in an illustrative file index. The illustrative file indexing functionality optionally indexes file contents within VM block-level backup copies, resulting in an illustrative content index. The file index and content index are retained in persistent data structure(s) stored apart from the VM block-level backup copies. The indexes are searchable without mounting or live-browsing the VM block-level backup copies. In some embodiments the file index and the content index are consolidated.

  • Publication number: 20210035111
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a cloud-based system including a server for generating and nurturing leads using within-a document lead nurturing. The server enables a marketer to generate initial content and contextual content, specify a consumption condition with respect to the initial content, and generate an electronic file including the initial content and executable code configured to monitor consumption of the initial content. A user (e.g., possible lead) uses a reader program of their device to open the electronic file, which presents the initial content and triggers execution of an instruction of the executable code to monitor interactions of the user with the initial content to determine whether the consumption condition has been satisfied. The reader program executes another instruction of the executable code to present the contextual content and notify the server that the user is a possible lead, when the consumption condition is satisfied.
