  • Publication number: 20240400688
Abstract: Methods are provided for targeting cells for depletion, including without limitation tumor cells, in a regimen comprising contacting the targeted cells with a combination of agents that modulate immunoregulatory signaling. Immunoregulatory modulating agents include (i) an agent that blockades CD47 activity; and (ii) an agent that agonizes an immune costimulatory molecule, e.g. CD137. The regimen may further comprise an agent that specifically binds to the target cell, e.g. an antibody or biologically active fragment or derivative thereof. The level of depletion of the targeted cell is enhanced relative to a regimen in which a single immunoregulatory modulating agent is used; and the effect may be synergistic relative to a regimen in which a single immunoregulatory modulating agent is used.

  • Patent number: 12147310
Abstract: A geographically distributed data store including a number of geographically distributed regions may be implemented using replication groups that include multiple regions configured according to replication criteria. First tier replication of particular changes to data stored in the distributed data store may be performed in compliance with the replication criteria, where management of replication state is performed with respect to replication across the replication groups. Independent of the first tier replication, individual replication groups may implement second tier replication of changes to data where management of replication state is performed with respect to replication within the particular replication group. Replication group configuration may be determined using the replication criteria which may include thresholds for replication resource utilization, replication latency and utilization of data change logs.

  • Patent number: 12022154
Abstract: The system and methods described herein determine whether to override commands to modify content presentation in a multi-user content consumption environment. A media guidance application detects a first and second user consuming content. Upon receiving a command from the first user to modify the presentation of the content, the media guidance application retrieves a user profile of the second user and compares attributes in the user profile to metadata for the segment of the content. Based on the comparison, the media guidance application determines whether to override the command, for example based on a predicted interest level or importance level determined by the comparison. In response to determining to override the command, the media guidance application refrains from executing the command by canceling or delaying the command and generates a notification message to the user with a reason why the command was overridden.

  • Publication number: 20240202637
Abstract: Systems and methods are described for determining a second entity having a similar trademark portfolio as a first entity. In embodiments, a user submits a request identifying a first entity. A trademark portfolio generator compiles a trademark portfolio of the first entity by accessing a database of trademarks. A trademark portfolio analyzer analyzes the features of the trademark portfolio to form a trademark portfolio profile. A portfolio similarity score calculator determines a trademark portfolio similarity score based by determining the similarity between the trademark portfolio profile of the first entity and trademark portfolio profiles of the second entity. In embodiments, feature vectors related to trademark portfolio profiles of two or more entities are compared to generate portfolio similarity scores. Based on the portfolio similarity scores, a user interface presents the second entity to the user as an entity having a similar trademark portfolio as the first entity.

  • Publication number: 20240190765
Abstract: Embodiments herein provide a system for electrically heated gas mixture mediated industrial plant processes providing a fossil fuel free approach. The system utilizes a gas mixture as heating medium that directly transfers heat to a raw material required for processing the raw material into an end product. The gas mixture used as a heating medium can be a byproduct generated during processing or a combination of stable gases that are reutilized and recirculated to carry heat and dissipate the heat at various stages of processing in accordance with a heating medium design loop. The heating medium design loop disclosed is designed such that it eliminates the need of heat management equipment like a Thermal Energy Storage (TES) system used by existing approaches. Entire heating of the plant is carried out using electric gas heaters heated using renewable electric sources to provide the fossil fuel free design.
