According to the invention the composition comprises: (i) 30-50% by weight of a polyester which is biodegradable and/or decayable; (ii) 20-40% by weight of starch from vegetable oil origin from corn, potatoes, and/or sunflower; (iii) 20-40% by weight of a filler composition comprising dolomite and/or calcium carbonate, wherein the filler composition particles have a polished surface; and (iv) 1-5% by weight of a binding agent comprising a resin ester of vegetable origin; wherein said polyester and said starch together form a bioplastic base composition and together comprise 55-79% by weight of the total weight of said plastic composition.     Abstract: The disclosure relates to a method of producing interiorly sterile, cup or beaker shaped containers. A starting material for the containers is produced by mixing inorganic filler with a thermoformable polymer material in such a mixing ratio that the quantity of filler in the produced starting material is at least 40% of the total weight of the mixture. The starting material is extruded into a continuous web which is heated to a temperature suitable for thermoforming of the web, at least 190.degree. C., and is fed into a forming machine of conventional type for thermoforming of the web under vacuum at the above-mentioned temperature for forming web-like continuous, interiorly sterile, cup or beaker shaped containers. The containers are finally separated from one another by incisions in the web regions between the opening contours of each respective container.

The tearing mark consists of an unbroken recess in the skeletal layer or a similar linear recess weakening the material with a depth of penetration of approximately 10-30% of the total thickness of the skeletal layer.
