  • Publication number: 20130125865
Abstract: An oil separator disposed inside a cylinder head cover of an internal combustion engine. The oil separator includes a body section defining an elongate separator chamber and having a blowby gas inlet and a blowby gas outlet. A partition wall is disposed to divide the separator chamber into an inlet chamber at side of the blowby gas inlet and an outlet chamber at side of the blowby gas outlet. The partition wall is formed with a plurality of passage holes each of which is triangular in cross-section. A collision plate is disposed inside the outlet chamber and located opposite to the passage holes of the partition wall. A slit-like opening is defined by a lower section of the collision plate and communicated with a drain section for discharging oil separated from blowby gas into a valve operating chamber.

  • Patent number: 8413152
Abstract: To provide a job scheduler, a job scheduling method, and a job control program that are capable of, even with an incapable CPU not equipped with a real-time OS, meeting basic real-time property that is required in a system. The job scheduler is a job scheduler 5 for calling each of a plurality of jobs for controlling an appliance to a main loop and causing each job to be executed. The job scheduler 5 carries out calling control including: dividing the jobs into a plurality of groups according to a degree of need for real-time processing of each jobs; setting a priority on a group basis; and restricting a calling frequency, per cycle, of a job belonging to a group of low priority to a minimum tolerated frequency.

  • Patent number: 8393642
Abstract: A seat is arranged in front of a back door. An airbag is configured to inflate into a space between the seat and the back door in a rear collision of a vehicle. Herein, when a lower frame portion of a headrest support structure body receives a rearward load in the rear collision of the vehicle, an upper frame portion of the headrest support structure body is moved forwardly around a rotational point of connecting members which pivotally connect an upper portion of the headrest support structure body to the vehicle-body side wall. Accordingly, a headrest attached to the upper frame portion is moved forwardly so that the space between the headrest and the back door can be expanded longitudinally and the passenger's head portion can be supported securely.

  • Patent number: 8394248
Abstract: There is provided a control device for a gas sensor. The gas sensor is formed with first and second oxygen pumping cells to define first and second measurement chambers. Under the control of the sensor control device, the first and second oxygen pumping cells effect oxygen pumping actions against the first and second measurement chambers, respectively. The sensor control device is configured to detect currents through the first and second oxygen pumping cells, calculate a correction coefficient by comparison of a detection value of the first oxygen pumping cell current at a known oxygen concentration period with a previously stored reference value, correct the first oxygen pumping cell current by the correction coefficient and determine the concentration of nitrogen oxide in the gas under measurement based on the corrected first oxygen pumping cell current and the detected second oxygen pumping cell current.

  • Publication number: 20120312272
Abstract: In an oil separator provided in a cylinder head cover of an internal combustion engine and equipped with a partition wall disposed between a blow-by gas inlet and a blow-by gas outlet and having through holes each serving as an orifice for increasing a flow velocity of blow-by gas flow, a collision plate is arranged adjacent to the partition wall so as to be opposed to each of the through holes, for separating oil mist from blow-by gases. At least one upstanding wall is disposed downstream of the collision plate in a manner so as to be adjacent to an opening defined between a lower end of the collision plate and the bottom face of a separator chamber, for recapturing oil mist, once-separated from the blow-by gases but rescattering along with the blow-by gas flow passing through the opening of the collision plate.

  • Publication number: 20100203713
Abstract: An object of this invention is to provide a method for manufacturing an electronic device wherein a conductor layer is uniformly formed on a substrate having a super large area. In the method for manufacturing the electronic device, a metal film for forming a gate electrode is selectively embedded in a transparent resin film formed on a substrate, and the metal film is formed by sputtering directly on the substrate at the gate electrode portion, and on an insulating coat film on portions other than the gate electrode portion. The metal film on the insulating coat film is removed by chemical liftoff with removal of the insulating coat film by etching.

  • Publication number: 20100059820
Abstract: A thin-film transistor (TFT) has a gate insulating film excellent in transparency and flatness. The gate insulating film is formed by a transparent insulating film (131) which is composed of an oxide represented by RxMOy and which is arranged between a gate electrode and a semiconductor layer. The transparent insulating film (131) is made of a coating agent which is composed of one mixed liquid obtained by dissolving or dispersing a condensate, which is obtained by subjecting a compound represented by RxMXm-x (where R represents a non-hydrolyzable substituent, M represents Si, Ti, Al, Zr, Zn, Sn or In, X represents a hydrolyzable substituent, x represents an integer of 0-3, and m represents the valence of M) to a hydrolysis-condensation reaction, in an organic solvent, water or their mixed solvent, or alternatively a coating agent which is obtained by mixing two or more of such mixed liquids.

  • Publication number: 20090229343
Abstract: In a sensor control apparatus (2), a GND1 terminal for signal-system circuits and a GND2 terminal for a power-system circuit are separately provided in an external circuit terminal section (31). The ground for the drive circuit of the power system and the ground for the drive circuits of the signal system are disposed independently of each other on a circuit board (20). Further, a first electrical path for connecting the circuit board (20) and an engine control unit is provided independently of a second electrical path for connecting the circuit board (20) and a battery. Therefore, even when a heater control circuit (28) is turned ON, the influence of heater current on an Ip1 cell/Vs cell control circuit (26), an Ip2 cell control circuit (27), and a CAN (Controller Area Network) circuit (29) can be suppressed. Further, since the ground for the sensor-system circuit and the ground for the CAN circuit (29) are rendered common, the layout of the ground wring can be simplified.

  • Publication number: 20090225361
Abstract: In a case where a select communication with an apparatus main body is performed, an option side controller selected by a select signal determines whether a command-save-bit is true or not. In a case where the command-save-bit is not true, the option side controller executes a processing in accordance with the command signal. In a case where the command-save-bit is true, the option side controller stores contents of the command signal into a memory. In a case where the simultaneous communication with the apparatus main body is performed, all of the option side controllers read the command signal from the memory and executes a processing in accordance with the command signal.
