  • Patent number: 9345160
Abstract: Provided is an electronic device that is provided with a filter circuit that suppresses the effects of electromagnetic noise propagated through space from a circuit board and reduces parasitic inductance, and can output a voltage with adequately reduced noise. To solve the above problem, in an electronic device provided with a cabinet (101), a circuit board (132) provided in the cabinet, an output terminal (122) that passes through a through hole provided in the cabinet and outputs the output of the circuit board to the outside, the present invention constructs a loop composed of a filter means (142) having a filter capacitor (142a), an output terminal, a cabinet, and wires (142b, 142c) for connecting these parts. The wire (142c) connected to the cabinet is connected to a position close to the output terminal, and reduces the size of the loop. In addition, a shield (102) is provided between the filter means and the circuit board.

  • Publication number: 20150189784
Abstract: An electric circuit apparatus includes a power module (300) including a DC positive electrode branch terminal (315D) and a DC negative electrode branch terminal (319D), and a power board (700) which is configured to transfer a direct current and which includes a power board P bus bar and a power board N bus bar sealed by a resin member, which has an insulation property, in such a manner that a P terminal (701) and an N terminal (702) are exposed. The DC positive electrode branch terminal (315D) and the P terminal (701) are held by a flexion member (904) and are connected to each other via a metal joining member having a melting point lower than those of the both terminals. The DC negative electrode branch terminal (319D) and the N terminal (702) are connected to each other in a similar manner. Thus, a thermal influence on the resin member can be reduced and connection durability can be improved.

  • Patent number: 8797522
Abstract: To enable measurement over a wide dynamic range from weak light quantity to strong light quantity in a light quantity detection device for detecting the light quantity, a detection signal from a photon counting light detector is A/D converted. When the A/D converted detection signal has a preset threshold value or more, the detection signal is transmitted as it is to a number-of-photons calculation circuit in a subsequent stage, and when the detection signal has the threshold value or less, threshold value processing for transmitting a preset reference value to the subsequent stage is performed. In the number-of-photons calculation circuit, the number of photons or the light quantity incident on the photon counting light detector is acquired from the dimension of an acquired detection signal waveform until the light quantity measurement ends.
