The drive device includes a hub support portion with which a hub portion of the catheter is interlocked. The hub portion has first and second engagement portions interlocked with the hub support portion. The hub support portion includes a rotation blocking portion that is engaged with the first engagement portion to block the hub portion from rotating with respect to the hub support portion, a movement blocking portion that is engaged with the second engagement portion to block movement of the hub portion with respect to the hub support portion in an axial direction, and a releasing portion that releases a state in which a rotation of the hub portion is blocked while maintaining a state in which movement of the hub portion is blocked.

    Abstract: There is formed, on a stack formed by alternately stacking an oxide film and a nitride film or an oxide film and a polysilicon film on a substrate, a hard mask in which two or more kinds of lines made of mutually different materials are arranged in order. Then, a photoresist is applied onto the hard mask. Furthermore, the photoresist is trimmed until one line is exposed from the end of the hard mask. Moreover, one line of the hard mask exposed beneath the photoresist is etched. Furthermore, a part of the stack exposed beneath the hard mask is etched. The etching of the photoresist, the hard mask, and the stack is repeated while changing etching conditions.

The current upper limit value is set based not only on a cooling water temperature of boost converter but also on an output voltage VH of boost converter, in consideration of characteristics that, as output voltage VH rises, an amount of heat generated in diode decreases, diode being regarded as a main target of thermal protection since it receives a power running current to load. Thereby, the boost converter can be protected from overheating without excessively deteriorating vehicle traveling performance.
