Publication number: 20160041090Abstract: A film production method that includes inspecting the film is provided. The inspection includes a spectrum acquisition step and a physical-quantity calculation step. In the spectrum acquisition step, a film that is moved in direction A is irradiated with broadband light in a near infrared region, and diffuse reflected light emitted from the film is received by a light receiving unit, so that a spectrum of the diffuse reflected light is acquired by a spectrum acquisition unit of an analysis unit. In the physical-quantity calculation step, a physical quantity of the film is calculated from the acquired spectrum of the diffuse reflected light. Since the physical quantity can be determined by acquiring the spectrum, the characteristics of the film can be easily determined. In addition, a plurality of pieces of information can be acquired from the spectrum. Therefore, the characteristics of the film can be more accurately determined.Type: ApplicationFiled: March 3, 2014Publication date: February 11, 2016Inventors: Akinori KIMURA, Tetsu MORISHIMA, Masumi ITO, Hiroshi SUGANUMA

Publication number: 20140319351Abstract: Detection of articles of different kind or defective quality can be accomplished with higher accuracy. With an inspection apparatus 100 and an inspection method using the inspection apparatus 100, in an analyzing unit 30, first, target pixels having imaged inspection objects are extracted from spectral data of each pixel acquired in a detecting unit 20, and the spectral data of plural target pixels which have imaged the same inspection object are grouped beforehand, and the classification of inspection objects is performed using the thus grouped spectra of the target objects. Therefore, the classification of inspection objects is done using the spectral data of a plurality of target pixels which have imaged the same inspection object. This enables reducing the possibility of incorrect judgment due to a noise contained in a specific pixel. Thus, the detection of articles of different kind or defective quality can be accomplished with higher accuracy.Type: ApplicationFiled: April 23, 2014Publication date: October 30, 2014Applicant: Sumitomo Electric Industries, Ltd.Inventors: Eiichiro YAMADA, Akinori KIMURA

Patent number: 7157203Abstract: The present invention is to provide an image forming method for a planographic printing plate. In the method, a planographic printing plate precursor in which an image recording layer containing a thermally sensitive and thermally curable material is formed on an aluminium support is scanning exposed with a relatively weak laser beam, and a latent image is formed, which is composed of an image recording layer part whose surface layer is thermally cured corresponding to an image and an unexposed image recording layer part which is not thermally cured. The unexposed image recording layer part which is not thermally cured is then removed by simple water development. Then, by carrying out heating, the whole image recording layer part remaining on the surface of the aluminum support is uniformly cured and firmly fixed. The invention also provides an image forming apparatus for a planographic printing plate.Type: GrantFiled: September 29, 2004Date of Patent: January 2, 2007Assignee: Fuji Photo Film Co., Ltd.Inventor: Akinori Kimura
