Abstract: There is disclosed an Al alloy composite tube for refrigerant passages, made by extruding, or extruding and drawing a two-layer composite pipe obtained by shrink-fit of a tubular Al alloy inner material to the inside of a tubular Al alloy core, or a three-layer composite pipe obtained by shrink-fit of the two-layer composite pipe to the inside of a tubular Al alloy outer material; and a method for producing the same. This Al alloy composite tube for refrigerant passages causes less blisters at the interface between an inner pipe and an outer pipe, and can prevent debonding of the inner pipe.

Abstract: An image processing unit comprises a memory for storing original image data and a print start time therefor, and a reserve print function of reading the original image data from the memory and printing the same at the print start time. The image processing unit further has a monitor for monitoring consumed times for an interruption copy, paper supply and the like, an operator for inputting print data and a desired print end time, a computing element for operating a required time for a print operation on the basis of the print data, and a setter for setting a print start time for each original on the basis of the operating situation of the image processing unit and the required and desired end times for each original for avoiding overlapping of print operations for respective originals.

Abstract: An image editing apparatus which is capable of assembling a plurality of original documents on one sheet as an output data without impairing the legibility of characters in the reduced images. This apparatus reads images in original documents, detects the size of characters in the read original documents, sets the number of original document images to be produced per page for the output data based on the detected character size, and reduces and edits the read image data into the output data having the set number of original document images per page.
