It unifies the kinds of the picture feature amounts to calculate the similarity between the picture feature amounts. Thus, it can specify the picture similar to the query picture from the retrieval target picture, on the basis of the calculated similarity.

N2>N1 may be satisfied where 1/N1 denotes the reduction ratio of a pattern in the stencil mask to a pattern on the surface of the workpiece, and 1/N2 denotes the reduction ratio of a pattern in the first mask and a pattern in the second mask to a pattern on the surface of the workpiece.

Abstract: A connector includes a housing and a required number of pusher members. The housing has a fitting aperture into which two or at least three flexible printed circuit boards are inserted and insertion openings for holding the required number of the pusher members. When the two or at least three flexible printed circuit boards are inserted into the fitting aperture of the housing, contact portions of the two or at least three flexible printed circuit boards are urged by the pusher members so as to be connected to each other to achieve electrical continuity of the connector. With this construction, the connector can be mounted on anywhere with the exception of a flexible printed circuit board as by adhesion or pushing down by a frame of the set without using soldering, thereby permitting low cost manufacture and wide freedom of selection of connector mechanisms.

Abstract: An electrical connector detachably fitted with a mating connector includes a plurality of contacts, a housing arranging and holding the contacts therein and having guide portions for guiding the mating connector, and fixtures to be fixed to a substrate. The fixtures are made of a metal and each include the guide portion in the form of a substantially U-shape integrally formed therewith. A free end of the guide portion is provided on each of its both sides with an extending piece downwardly extending and adapted to be inserted into an inserting groove of the housing. The housing is provided with the inserting grooves at locations corresponding to the extending pieces for inserting the extending pieces, respectively, and is provided with slits, one at each of its longitudinal ends, to form holding portions having elasticity, thereby holding the guide portions of the fixtures therein.

The image feature data generating unit 12 receives a picture signal from the image viewing terminal 50, and generates the image feature data which represents a feature of the image from the picture signal. The image information transmitting unit 13 transmits the image feature data generated by the image feature data generating unit 12 to the viewing surveillance server 2. On the other hand, the image feature data generating units 21a to 21c also generates the image feature data based on the broadcasted programs and stores the image feature data in the program image feature data storing unit 22.

Abstract: An electrical connector includes a plug connector and a receptacle connector detachably fitted with each other. The plug connector comprises a plurality of coaxial cables, a flexible printed circuit board and a ground bar. Each of the coaxial cable has a center conductor, an insulator covering the center conductor, a braid as an external conductor covering the insulator, and a sheath covering the braid. The flexible printed circuit board has lands each connected to the center conductor of the coaxial cable and land portions to which the ground bar is connected. The grand bar has a main portion adapted to contact the braids of the coaxial cables, and fixed portions each positioned contiguously with the main portion and connected to the land portion. The electrical connector achieves the low height geometry of the plug connector and hence that of the receptacle connector and precludes any failed connection between the ground bar and the coaxial cables.
