  • Publication number: 20060117970
Abstract: A method for manufacturing a ceramic electronic component includes first and second gravure-printing steps in which conductive paste and step-reducing ceramic paste are printed on a composite sheet including a ceramic green sheet. A first print mark is printed before the second gravure-printing step is performed, and the position of the first print mark is determined and compared with a desired position of the first print mark before the second gravure-printing step. • Publication number: 20060093249
Abstract: To provide a bearing device, which can be easily processed, and whereby, its durability is capable of being improved and a load (tractional force) can be remarkably increased till the burn-in occurs and a pin for the bearing device. The bearing device is provided with a bush and a pin to be inserted in this bush. When an external force is acting in a certain direction, the bush and the pin are relatively rocked, and a slidable range H is formed, in which an outer peripheral face of the pin and an inner peripheral face of the bush partially and slidably contact with each other. An oil reservoir is provided at the side of the pin in order to prevent a no-lubrication portion, to which no lubrication oil is supplied, from being formed in the slidable range H.

  • Patent number: 7038704
Abstract: A tape printing apparatus prints a print image by each dot line onto a tape. A plurality of heating elements of print head are driven while the tape is moved in a longitudinal direction thereof relative to the print head. The heating elements are aligned corresponding to the dot lines of the print image in which dots are arrayed in a width direction of the tape. With this tape printing apparatus, the number of consecutive blank lines is inspected regarding the print image made up of a mixture of print lines which are the dot lines including the dots to be printed and blank lines which are the dot lines including no dots to be printed. Based on the number of consecutive blank lines, energy applied to the print head is adjusted.

  • Publication number: 20060008360
Abstract: An object is to avoid generation of a collision sound of a second vane of a compression system comprising a multicylinder rotary compressor being configured to be used by switching of a first operation mode in which both rotary compression elements perform a compression work and a the second operation mode in which the only first rotary compression element substantially performs the compression work. When the second operation mode is switched to the first operation mode, discharge-side pressures of both the rotary compression elements are applied as a back pressure of the second vane, and thereafter an intermediate pressure is applied which is between suction-side and discharge-side pressures of both the rotary compression elements. When the first operation mode is switched to the second operation mode, a valve device interrupts flowing of a refrigerant into a second cylinder, and thereafter suction-side pressures of both the rotary compression elements are applied as the back pressure of the second vane.

  • Patent number: 6926460
Abstract: An link of a caterpillar which is allowed to maintain stabilized durability for a long period. The fixing structure has a link, and a pin inserted into a pin inserting bore formed in the link. A peripherally extending concave groove formed on the end portion of the pin and an opening periphery conjugate to forms an annular space. In order to limit relative escaping motion of the pin in the off-opening side (toward receding direction), a escape limiting ring is fitted into the annular space. The hardness of the bottom surface of the peripherally extending concave groove is lowered than the surface hardness of a link engaging portion of the pin.

  • Publication number: 20050134804
Abstract: A projector is provided wherein the shapes of rod integrators for the respective colors (i.e., the shapes of the output ports thereof) are made nearly the same as the shapes of the effective pixel regions and the sizes of the output ports of the rod integrators for the respective colors are made slightly larger than the sizes of the effective pixel regions of the liquid crystal light valves opposed thereto. As a result, uniform illumination light output from the output ports can be caused to enter the effective pixel regions with no loss or damage to uniformity.

  • Patent number: 6901749
Abstract: An exhaust emission control system for an internal combustion engine, having a nitrogen oxide removing device provided in an exhaust system of said engine for absorbing nitrogen oxide contained in exhaust gases in an exhaust lean condition. An amount of change per unit time in the sulfur oxide amount absorbed in the nitrogen oxide removing device is estimated according to the air-fuel ratio of an air-fuel mixture supplied to said engine and the operating condition of said engine. The estimated amount of change is accumulated to thereby estimate the sulfur oxide amount absorbed in the nitrogen oxide removing device. The sulfur oxide is removed from the nitrogen oxide removing device when the estimated sulfur oxide amount has reached a set value.

  • Publication number: 20050110149
Abstract: A silica-based interlayer insulating layer having a low dielectric constant is formed with SOG material on a substrate, in which a wiring-layer forming space is then formed. If necessary, a UV ray irradiation is performed under an oxidizing atmosphere. A Si—OH bond is formed on a surface of the insulating layer. A monomolecular layer film is then adhered to the inner surface of the space, which is then modified to be a catalyst with a solution containing Pd compound. On the catalyst monomolecular layer, a copper-diffusion-resistant film is formed by electroless plating, on which a copper plate is then formed as a wiring layer.
