  • Publication number: 20090195110
Abstract: A laminated core block includes a plurality of core members made of magnetic sheets stacked one on top of another, the plurality of core members including first and second core members which adjoin in a laminating direction, and a thermoplastic resin strand placed between the first and second core members. The thermoplastic resin strand is arranged to pass along one side surface of the first core member, between the first and second core members and along a side surface of the second core member on a side opposite to the aforementioned side surface of the first core member in this order. The first and second core members are bonded to each other by melting and curing the thermoplastic resin strand.

  • Patent number: 7566204
Abstract: In a multicylindrical rotary compressor constituted to be usable by urging an only first vane with respect to a first roller by means of a spring member to switch a first operation mode in which first and second rotary compression elements perform compression works and a second operation mode in which substantially the only first rotary compression element performs the compression work, an object is to reduce generation of collision noises due to collision of the second vane with the second roller at a time when the first operation mode is switched to the second operation mode, and a pressure in a back-pressure chamber of the second vane is discharged on a low-pressure chamber side in a second cylinder in a case where the first operation mode is switched to the second operation mode.

  • Patent number: 7563085
Abstract: A compressor includes two rotary compressing elements in a vessel. One of the compressing elements operates while the other element is in a non-operating mode. In the non-operating mode, inflow of refrigerant gas into the cylinder of the rotary compressing element is blocked and a suction side pressure of the rotary compressing element is applied as a back pressure to a vane. A compressing system includes the compressor and a controller and operates in first and second operation modes. In the first operation mode, refrigerant gas flows into a cylinder and an intermediate pressure, a result of flow of the refrigerant gas from between a vane and a guide groove into a back pressure portion, between a suction side pressure and a discharge side pressure, is applied as a back pressure to bias the vane against a roller.

  • Patent number: 7547370
Abstract: A method for manufacturing a multilayer ceramic electronic element includes the steps of forming ceramic green sheets having superior surface smoothness and small variations in thickness at a high speed, in which defects such as pinholes are prevented from occurring, and providing internal electrodes and step-smoothing ceramic paste on the ceramic green sheets with high accuracy. The method includes the steps of applying ceramic slurry to a base film by a die coater followed by drying performed in a drying furnace for forming the ceramic green sheets, and performing gravure printing of conductive paste and ceramic paste onto the ceramic green sheets by using a first and a second gravure printing apparatus, respectively. Accordingly, the internal electrodes are formed, and the step-smoothing ceramic paste is provided in regions other than those in which the internal electrodes are formed.

  • Patent number: 7524174
Abstract: An object is to avoid generation of a collision sound of a second vane of a compression system comprising a multicylinder rotary compressor being configured to be used by switching of a first operation mode in which both rotary compression elements perform a compression work and a the second operation mode in which the only first rotary compression element substantially performs the compression work. When the second operation mode is switched to the first operation mode, discharge-side pressures of both the rotary compression elements are applied as a back pressure of the second vane, and thereafter an intermediate pressure is applied which is between suction-side and discharge-side pressures of both the rotary compression elements. When the first operation mode is switched to the second operation mode, a valve device interrupts flowing of a refrigerant into a second cylinder, and thereafter suction-side pressures of both the rotary compression elements are applied as the back pressure of the second vane.

  • Patent number: 7498520
Abstract: A silica-based interlayer insulating layer having a low dielectric constant is formed with SOG material on a substrate, in which a wiring-layer forming space is then formed. If necessary, a UV ray irradiation is performed under an oxidizing atmosphere. A Si—OH bond is formed on a surface of the insulating layer. A monomolecular layer film is then adhered to the inner surface of the space, which is then modified to be a catalyst with a solution containing Pd compound. On the catalyst monomolecular layer, a copper-diffusion-resistant film is formed by electroless plating, on which a copper plate is then formed as a wiring layer.

  • Patent number: 7481635
Abstract: A compressor having a compression element with a cylinder in which a compression space is constituted, a suction port and a discharge port which communicate with the compression space in the cylinder, a support member which closes an opening on the cylinder and a rotary shaft which is rotatably supported by a main bearing as a bearing formed on the support member. A compression member, whose one surface crosses an axial direction of the rotary shaft is inclined continuously between a top dead center and a bottom dead center and is disposed in the cylinder to be rotated by the rotary shaft, compresses a fluid sucked from the suction port to discharge the fluid via the discharge port. A vane which is disposed between the suction port and the discharge port to abut on one surface of the compression member partitions the compression space in the cylinder into a low pressure chamber and high pressure chamber.
