A platform, extending rearward from between the set of rails, provides a planar surface allowing a mechanic access to the engine.

The offset butt seam may be contiguous about the perimeter of the label assembly. Alternatively, the base film with a first edge and an opposite second edge may be abutted against one another and held together with a seaming ribbon placed along an inner surface of the film adjacent to the first edge and second edge.
