  • Publication number: 20230019858
Abstract: A communication system has a plurality of LEO satellites in a specified orbital plane and a plurality of trunk satellites in a medium earth orbit. Each LEO satellite acquires satellite-specific data and includes inter-satellite links with adjacent LEO satellites. Each trunk satellite includes inter-satellite links adjacent trunk satellites. One of the trunk satellites operates as a relay trunk satellite in position to maintain optical communication with a specified ground station on the Earth. Each LEO satellite has a limited field of regard to establish optical communication with any trunk satellite. A relay LEO satellite is configured to establish optical communication with a corresponding trunk satellite. The plurality of LEO satellites relay aggregated data to the relay LEO satellite. The relay LEO satellite relays the aggregated data to the corresponding trunk satellite. The relay trunk satellite relays the received aggregated data to the corresponding ground station.

  • Patent number: 11552952
Abstract: A method and system for initiating message listening and routing message content to authorized user devices is disclosed. For a second user device to receive notifications regarding records of a first user, the second user device provides information identifying the first user to a notification service. The notification service verifies the identifying information. The notification service initiates one or more listeners to listen for messages flowing over a messaging bus that are relating to the first user. Once a message is identified, at least a portion of the message is used to generate a notification that may be sent to the second user device.

  • Publication number: 20220407506
Abstract: A clock monitor circuit detects departures from expected values for clock period, clock high time duration, or clock low time duration. A delay line of the clock monitor circuit is composed of delay portions of delay cells. Each delay cell also has a comparator portion with logic to compare aspects of the monitored clock signal to corresponding expected values, and to output a failure detection signal indicating whether the expected values are met. Expected values may be read from a fuse set. The delay of the delay line may be programmatically adjusted. The clock monitor circuit may be combined with a circuit that detects narrow glitches in the monitored clock signal. Devices and systems with one or more monitored clock signals, and methods of clock signal monitoring, are also described.

  • Publication number: 20220384931
Abstract: The present application describes an apparatus a non-transitory memory having instructions stored thereon and a processor operably coupled to the non-transitory memory configured to execute the instructions. The executed instructions include extracting eigenvalues for a coupling matrix of a target device. The executed instructions also include extracting a first set of eigenvalues for a coupling matrix of a device under tune (DUT). The eigenvalues of the target device may be different than the first set of eigenvalues of the DUT. The executed instructions further include causing a material removal source to be positioned at a first location of the DUT. The executed instructions even further include causing the material removal source to tune the DUT. The executed instructions yet further include measuring a second set of eigenvalues of the DUT. The executed instructions yet even further include observing an iterative convergence of the DUT and the target device.

  • Patent number: 11451622
Abstract: Systems, methods, and machine-readable media for process-performing resources and process specifications particularized to loads are provided. A provisional electronic composite for a load may be created. A type of process-performing resource may be identified. Performance data may be accessed to identify a process-performance duration that corresponds to a process type, the type of process-performing resource, process-performance locations, and process-performance times. A process-assignment duration may be defined, and an availability of a process-performing resource may be detected. A performance time may be determined based on the availability of the process-performing resource. Instruction to perform the process at the performance time may transmitted to at least one resource-controlling device. The provisional electronic composite for the load may be modified based on the performance time and the instruction to form an updated electronic composite.

  • Patent number: 11437700
Abstract: The present application describes a method of tuning a printed device. The method includes measuring a frequency response of a target device and a device under tune (DUT). The method includes computing, based on the measured frequency response, a coupling matrix for the target device and a coupling matrix for the DUT. The method also includes extracting eigenvalues for the coupling matrix of the target device and a first set of eigenvalues for the coupling matrix of the DUT. The eigenvalues of the target device are different than the first set of eigenvalues of the DUT. The method further includes tuning the DUT with a material removal source. The method even further includes measuring a second set of eigenvalues of the DUT. The second set of eigenvalues is different from the first set of eigenvalues of the DUT. The method yet even further includes calculating a tune path for iterative convergence of the second or a subsequent set of eigenvalues of the DUT with the eigenvalues of the target device.

Abstract: A method for assessing completion of events in a network environment is provided. The method includes receiving a first event vector, generating a second event vector, machine matching the first event vector to the second event vector, and generating an output that includes a variable indicating whether an event corresponding to the first event vector is complete. If each of a plurality of first nodes of the first event vector matches a corresponding one of a plurality of the second nodes of the second event vector, the variable indicates that the event corresponding to the first event vector is complete. If at least one of the plurality of the first nodes of the first event vector is mismatched with the corresponding one of the plurality of the second nodes of the second event vector, the variable indicates that the event corresponding to the first event vector is incomplete.

  • Patent number: 11215560
Abstract: A portable imaging apparatus and system. A sample processing device has a reaction chamber configured to receive a sample and react the sample with a fluorescent compound that emits a specified wavelength of light when excited by light within an excitation band. An illumination source can be positioned to illuminate the reaction chamber when the sample processing device is positioned for imaging. A light guide can be positioned to face the reaction chamber and transfer the emitted light to an imaging detector. The light guide has a filter that blocks the wavelength of light from the illumination source and passes the fluorescent emitted light. The light guide unit defines an angular light acceptance range and is configured to constrain angular spreading of light.
