Abstract: Systems and methods for controlling vehicle seat position are disclosed herein. An example device can be configured to determine seat configuration parameters of a seat of a vehicle, determine seat weight distribution of a user, automatically adjust the seat configuration parameters in such a way that the seat weight distribution changes as the user is operating the vehicle, and automatically adjust a mirror position of the mirror of the vehicle in response to the automatic adjustment of the seat configuration parameters.

Abstract: A server comprising a processor circuit and a database may receive address book data comprising information associated with at least one contact from a communication device via a network. The processor circuit may identify information associated with the at least one contact in the database and/or from public data. The processor circuit may add the identified information to the address book data. The processor circuit may store the address book data with the added information in the database and send the added information with or without the address book data to the communication device via the network.

Abstract: Security rules management mechanisms are provided. A cognitive computing system of the security rules management system ingests natural language content, from one or more corpora, describing features of security attacks, and ingests security event log data from a monitored computing environment. The cognitive computing system processes the natural language content from the one or more corpora and the security event log data to identify attack characteristics applicable to the security event log data. A security rule query engine evaluates existing security rules present in a security rules database to determine if any existing security rule addresses the attack characteristics. In response to the evaluation indicating that no existing security rule addresses the attack characteristics, a security rule generator automatically generates a new security rule based on the attack characteristics, which is then deployed to the monitored computing environment.

Abstract: A system for improving patient compliance with a prescription drug regimen is described. The system includes a patient database for storing patient information, the information including contact information for a patient communication device (such as a telephone, cell phone, computer, or PDA) along with a method for communicating with that device. The system further includes an alert database for storing information about prescription reminder alerts to be sent to patients. A send program running on a computer retrieves information about prescription reminder alerts from the alert database and transmits the prescription reminder alerts to a patient communications device over a communications network using the contact information and contact method stored in the patient database.
