  • Publication number: 20250228797
Abstract: The present invention relates to pharmaceutical compositions comprising etoricoxib and tramadol, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, for the treatment of pain, which in addition to offering the possibility of an analgesic effect with a decrease in adverse events due to the reduction of the dose of one or both compounds, presents an improved stability, maintaining the dissolution and bioavailability of the composition to be administered; The composition manages to overcome the technological complexity that lies in having a drug with high sensitivity to light and humidity (tramadol), together with another fat-soluble drug with poor flow and excessive adhesiveness (etoricoxib), in a dispensing media in which their absorption is not affected through a water-free process, without affecting the release of both drugs.

  • Patent number: 12339854
Abstract: Techniques are provided for generating and maintaining Precomputed Result Tables (“PRTs”) that are used by a database server to improve performance of SPARQL queries that target an RDF graph set. Each PRT corresponds to a particular pattern, which may be simple-triple, star, or chain. The techniques support the creation of PRTs for chain patterns that contain multiple instances of the same property, and PRTs for star and chain patterns that include reverse properties. Techniques are also described for maintaining such PRTs as Data Manipulation Language (DML) operations make changes to the RDF graph tables that belong to the RDF graph set associated with the PRTs.

  • Publication number: 20250114390
Abstract: The present disclosure describe a simple optimized method that allows the combined manufacture of five active substances: cyanocobalamin, pyridoxine, thiamine, pregabalin and celecoxib in a single solid, stable, immediate release pharmaceutical form for pain. The combined use of drugs that act at distinct levels is associated with greater pain relief and, as they can be used at lower doses, with a reduced risk of adverse effects. In this context, the combined use of B vitamins plus pregabalin and celecoxib would be associated with greater analgesic activity through complementary action mechanisms.

  • Patent number: 12232462
Abstract: A photon source for promoting the growth and maturation rate of members of the Plantae and Protista Kingdoms comprises a new luminous power source that provides the full range of light spectra by mimicking sunlight in a sunfleck (dappled) pattern by exciting xenon gas inside of an enclosed glass tube in instantaneous pulsed sequences. The micro-dose pulse penetrates the leaf strata to reach the maximum amount of photon processing pigments, provides the energy required for growth by enhancing photosynthetic plant functions, and significantly reducing production energy consumption. The pulse also allows the plant or Protista's photon processing compounds to process the photosynthesis reaction before the next flash, which allows for optimal use of the energy provided. The pulsed lighting sequences reduce energy consumption by up to 90%, and this makes it an excellent application for solar, wind or other green energy power thus reducing carbon footprint and making it the future of the CEA industry.

  • Publication number: 20240000727
Abstract: Pharmaceutical compositions of tramadol and pregabalin, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, for the treatment of neuropathic pain. Besides offering an analgesic effect and a decrease of adverse events due to the reduced dose of one or both compounds, it has an improved stability, thus maintaining the dissolution and bioavailability of the composition to be administered. The composition manages to overcome the technological difficulty of having two humidity- and light-sensitive drugs in a dispensing medium that does not affect their absorption by means of a water-free process and a light protection coating without affecting the release of both drugs.
