    Abstract: Aspects presented herein may enable a remote UE to notify a base station about the availability of a relay UE that is not connected to the base station. In one aspect, a remote UE transmits, to a relay UE, a relay request via sidelink, the relay UE being in an RRC inactive mode. The remote UE receives, from the relay UE via the sidelink, an indication of relay availability in response to the relay request. The remote UE receives, from a base station, a configuration for relay of communication from the base station over the sidelink between the remote UE and the relay UE. The remote UE transmits or receives user data from the base station through the relay UE based on the configuration.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described in which wireless nodes may use licensed shared radio frequency spectrum band for communications and one or more neighboring networks may use a same licensed shared radio frequency spectrum band. A second network of the one or more neighboring networks may have priority of use of the licensed shared radio frequency spectrum band within a particular geographic area. Disclosed techniques provide that nodes of each network may indicate an identification of the network, a network priority, or both, in over-the-air signaling. Wireless nodes may determine if another neighboring network is present based on the over-the-air signaling, may determine whether the other network has a higher priority, and may adjust one or more transmissions in the event that a higher priority network is identified, such as through reducing transmission power.

Some wireless communications systems may support system information design for systems that support spectral sharing and network entity sharing for multiple mobile network operators (MNOs). For example, a UE may monitor a radio frequency (RF) spectrum for synchronization signal blocks (SSBs) from a network entity and associated with an MNO. The RF spectrum and the network entity may be shared by the MNO and one or more other MNOs. The UE may receive the SSBs via a broadcast channel within the RF spectrum. The SSBs may be shared SSBs that may include dedicated system information associated with the MNO and shared system information associated with multiple MNOs. The UE may communicate via the RF spectrum according to the dedicated system information and the shared system information.

In a first example, the UE may be configured to indicate a respective number of transmit antennas and receive antennas at each antenna panel. In a second example, the UE may be configured to indicate a sum of transmit antennas and a sum of receive antennas across all antenna panels, along with information on how the transmit antennas and receive antennas are distributed. The method further includes configuring a second responding device with a second of the subsets of COT sharing resources. A method of wireless communication by a responding device receives, from an initiating device, a first subset of multiple subsets of channel occupancy time (COT) sharing resources. The first subset differs from a second subset of COT sharing resources configured for another device. The method also includes selecting transmission resources from the first subset of COT sharing resources in response to detecting the initiating device acquired the COT, and then transmitting data on the selected transmission resources.
