Abstract: Embodiments are directed towards the visualization of machine data received from computing clusters. Embodiments may enable improved analysis of computing cluster performance, error detection, troubleshooting, error prediction, or the like. Individual cluster nodes may generate machine data that includes information and data regarding the operation and status of the cluster node. The machine data is received from each cluster node for indexing by one or more indexing applications. The indexed machine data including the complete data set may be stored in one or more index stores. A visualization application enables a user to select one or more analysis lenses that may be used to generate visualizations of the machine data. • Publication number: 20160148915
Abstract: A system includes a semiconductor die mounted on a packaging substrate, a signal redistribution layer that is formed within the packaging substrate, a power plane that is formed on a surface of the packaging substrate, and a ground plane that is formed within the packaging substrate. The power plane couples the semiconductor die to a capacitor disposed on the packaging substrate and the ground plane is disposed between the power plane and the signal redistribution layer. An advantage of the disclosed system is that loop inductance between power and ground paths to a packaged semiconductor die is reduced, thereby lowering the impedance of the packaged semiconductor die system and signal noise associated with the packaged semiconductor system.

  • Publication number: 20160149878
Abstract: A wearable device provides protection for personal identity information by fragmenting a key needed to release the personal identity information among members of a body area network of wearable devices. A shared secret algorithm is used to allow unlocking the personal identity information with fragmental keys from less than all of the wearable devices in the body area network. The wearable devices may also provide protection for other personal user data by employing a disconnect and erase protocol that causes wearable devices to drop connections with an external personal data space and erase locally stored personal information if a life pulse from a connectivity root device is not received within a configurable predefined period.

  • Patent number: 9351329
Abstract: A Packet Data Network Gateway (P-GW) to maintain session continuity for a UE in an LTE network comprises a communication transceiver and a processing system. The communication transceiver is configured to receive a first session setup message for the UE. The processing system is configured to process the first session setup message to determine if the UE qualifies for alternate P-GW access, and if the User Equipment qualifies for the alternate P-GW access, generate a second session setup message indicating a primary P-GW ID, a primary P-GW TEID, an alternate P-GW ID, and an alternate P-GW TEID. The communication transceiver is configured to transfer the second session setup message for delivery to a Service Gateway (S-GW) in the LTE network, wherein the S-GW automatically uses the alternate P-GW ID and the alternate P-GW TEID if performance of the primary P-GW ID and the primary P-GW TEID falls below a threshold.
