Abstract: Techniques for configuring wireless communications devices are disclosed. For instance, an apparatus may include a storage medium to store one or more configuration files, and a configuration module. Each of the one or more configuration files may correspond to a network carrier. The configuration module selects one of the configuration files and to extract one or more operational parameters from it. This selected configuration file and the one or more operational parameters correspond to a designated network carrier.

Abstract: According to one aspect, a multifunctional computing device having a wireless communications processor (e.g., cellular processor) and an application processor (e.g., general-purpose processor such as a CPU) share a storage device that is associated with or attached to the application processor. An example of such a multifunctional computing device may be a Smartphone device having a cellular phone and handheld computer functionalities. There is no specific storage device directly associated with or attached to the wireless communications processor (hereinafter simply referred to as a wireless processor). Instead, the wireless processor communicates with the application processor via a high speed communications link, such as a USB link, to access code and data stored in the storage device (e.g., flash memory device) associated with the application processor.

Abstract: A pair of cap-mounted sun glasses is provided, which contains a glasses member, two clipping members, and two joint members. The glasses member has seat elements on the top rim for receiving the spherical elements at an end of the joint members. The joint members therefore can rotate around their spherical elements. As such, after the pair of sun glasses is mounted below the brim of a cap, the glasses member can be flipped up or down manually. At the other end of the joint members, there is a bolt element for fitting inside the slot opening of the clipping member having a hook portion for clipping the edge of the brim. As such, the clipping member can be extended outward to fit on a wider brim or withdrawn inward to fit on a narrower brim.

Abstract: A hanger assembly is disclosed as including a main body with a male portion, a hook joined at an upper portion of the body, and a hook receiving element adapted to engage with the male portion. A hanger is also disclosed as being formed of engagement of the body and the hook receiving element of the aforesaid hanger assembly. There is also disclosed a method of forming a hanger, including the steps of (a) providing a main body with a male portion; (b) providing a hook at an upper portion of the body; (c) providing a hook receiving element adapted to engage with the male portion; and (d) engaging said the male portion with the hook receiving element to thereby engage the body with the hook receiving element.
