  • Publication number: 20200360775
Abstract: A lightweight compression molded multicolor golf grip having at least a first section and a second section of differing colors and composed of elastomer compounds joined by cross-linking across a sharply defined cross-color interface having an interface transition zone beyond which there is no mixing of the colors. The grip has a soft feel and unique compression characteristics achieved in some embodiments through the controlled use of an expanding blowing agent in a rubber compound. Achieving the sharply defined cross-color interface is due in part to the use of complementary geometries at opposing interface edges to increase the stability of the interface and reduce the flow during molding associated with the increased viscosity of low density rubber compounds, promote cross-linking of the sections, and better distribute and control the consolidation pressure.

  • Patent number: 10814076
Abstract: A method of increasing eustachian tube patency in human patients is disclosed wherein a eustachian tube targeting nasal administration device is utilized to deliver a surfactant/propellant mixture to the nasopharyngeal stoma of the auditory tube. The targeting capability of the administration device obviates the need for a spreading agent that would otherwise be required to enable at least a portion of surfactant to reach the eustachian tube orifice. More specifically, the non-targeting, indiscriminate delivery provided by nasal administration devices of the past required surfactant to spread over non-targeted tissue it was inadvertently applied to in order to reach the eustachian tube stoma. In addition, a method for treatment of otitis media is disclosed utilizing, in some preferred embodiments, a therapeutically active agent.

  • Patent number: 10785343
Abstract: A system for transmitting electronic content over a computer network is provided. In one technique, client devices that visit a website send, to a content delivery service, interaction data that indicates that the client devices interacted with the website. Later, a content provider of the website creates a content delivery campaign with the service or establishes (or renews) a retargeting segment for an existing campaign. The content delivery campaign indicates that certain content is to be delivered to entities who have interacted with the content provider, such as by visiting the website. The content delivery service uses the interaction data to identify candidate entities who satisfy targeting criteria of the retargeting segment. If a candidate entity does satisfy the targeting criteria, then the candidate entity is added to the retargeting segment, even though the candidate entity may not have interacted with the website after the retargeting segment was created or renewed.

  • Patent number: 10712862
Abstract: An electronic device includes a foldable touch screen having first and second portions and a bendable intermediate portion connecting the first portion to the second portion. The foldable touch screen has a capacitive touch matrix therein. A touch screen controller acquires touch data from the capacitive touch matrix, calculates strength values of nodes of the capacitive touch matrix based upon the acquired touch data, calculates a first value, the first value being an average strength of nodes of the capacitive touch matrix located in the first portion of the foldable touch screen, calculates a second value, the second value being an average strength of nodes of the capacitive touch matrix located in the second portion of the foldable touch screen, and determines that the foldable touch screen is in a closed position based upon the first value and the second value both being greater than a first given strength value.
