  • Patent number: 11943886
Abstract: An electronic assembly includes an electronic package having an integrated circuit component and interposer assemblies with compressible interposer contacts electrically connected thereto. Cable connector modules are coupled to the interposer assemblies. A cover assembly is coupled to the upper surface of the electronic package over the cable connector modules. The cover assembly includes bridge assemblies having plates in a plate stack that are independently movable. A load plate engages upper edges of the plates of the bridge assemblies and press against the plates to drive the bridge assemblies into the cable connector modules using compression hardware. The cable connector modules compress the interposer contacts of the interposer assemblies when the load plate presses the plates of the bridge assemblies into the cable connector modules.

  • Publication number: 20240065636
Abstract: An oximeter probe that takes into account tissue color (e.g., skin color or melanin content) to improve accuracy when determining oxygen saturation of tissue. Light is transmitted from a light source into tissue having melanin (e.g., eumelanin or pheomelanin). Light reflected from the tissue is received by a detector. A compensation factor is determined to account for absorption due to the melanin. The oximeter uses this compensation factor and determines a melanin-corrected oxygen saturation value.

  • Publication number: 20240057901
Abstract: An oximeter device determines an oxygen saturation for the tissue and determines a quality value for the oxygen saturation and associated measurements of the tissue. The quality value is calculated from reflectance data received at the detectors of the oximeter device. An accelerometer of the oximeter device can detect movement of the oximeter device when oximetry measurements are made by the oximeter device. An amount of the movement is an indicator of a probe face of the oximeter device changing position with respect to the tissue when the measurements are made. The accelerometer information is used by the oximeter device to adjust the quality value to reflect the amount movement. The oxygen saturation and the adjusted quality metric value are displayed on a display of the oximeter device so that a user may view the quality of the displayed information.

  • Patent number: 11844612
Abstract: An oximetry device sealed in a sheath directs a user to allow the oximetry device to make oximetry measurements at a number of different tissue locations of a patient and average two or more of the oximetry measurements by directing the lifts and placements of the oximetry device and sheath to and from the different tissue locations and detecting the lift and placements. The averages are generated and displayed on a display of the device for the oximetry measurements if the lifts are made while use directions for the lifts are displayed on a display of the oximetry device. The averages are not generated if the lifts are not made while the user directions for the lifts are not displayed. The averages are simultaneously displayed with the oximetry measurements which are instantaneous measurement for patient tissue.

  • Publication number: 20230379223
Abstract: A system and techniques for intelligent network design allows for capture and conversion of a basic network design, often manually created, into a digital format without duplication of effort. The disclosed techniques provide a faster, more intelligent approach for designing a network by analyzing many thousands of existing network designs and recommending proposed solutions based on user provided objectives. The techniques can generate provider independent code that provides flexibility in supporting arbitrary provider targets. The techniques can also output provider specific code that allow for rapid, efficient deployment of the network. In addition, the technique can output network system architecture designs of varying details that can be customized for the intended audience. The techniques provide for automated importing and updating provider changes to network components, schemas, and application programming interfaces reducing any lag in system design.

  • Publication number: 20230329598
Abstract: A probe tip of an oximeter device includes first and second printed circuit boards (PCBs) that are coupled to the ends of optical fibers that transmit light between the PCBs and into patient tissue that is to be measured by the oximeter device. The PCBs are oriented at an angle between zero and ninety degrees so that the fibers have a curved shape between the locations at which the fibers are coupled to the first and second PCBs. The angular orientation of the PCBs and curved shape of the fibers allows the fibers to have a longer length than if the fibers were straight and allows for light transmitted through the fibers to have a uniform distribution across a cross-section of the fibers as the light is emitted from the fibers into patient tissue. The uniform distribution of light transmitted into patient tissue allows for reliable oximetry measurements.
