  • Publication number: 20240130753
Abstract: A transvascularly placed steerable microcatheter, further including internal steerability and the ability to articulate in a direction at right angles to its longitudinal axis at or near its distal end. The steerable microcatheter is generally fabricated from stainless steel, nitinol, or other metal and includes an outer tube, an inner tube, hub structures, and a distal articulating region. The steerable microcatheter can be advanced through a body lumen in its straight configuration and then be selectively articulated or curved to permit negotiation of tortuous curvature. The microcatheter is especially suited to robotic or powered control applications with user intervention or using artificial intelligence (AI).

  • Publication number: 20240126575
Abstract: The disclosed embodiments include computer-implemented systems and processes that dynamically and selectively modify portions of a displayed interface to include interface elements that, when selected by a user through a single provided input, initiate a performance of a data exchange in accordance with parameter values consistent with prior initiated data exchanges. For example, a communications device may display, on a display unit, a first interface element representative of a first data exchange and may receive expected values of parameters that characterize the second data exchange. When a determined parameter value is consistent with the expected parameter values, the communications device may modify the first interface element and present, on the display unit, the modified first interface element and a second interface element within the interface.

  • Publication number: 20230277208
Abstract: An endoluminal punch and introducer sheath are described wherein the endoluminal punch comprises a guidewire lumen through which a user is capable of placing a guidewire. The endoluminal punch system further comprises a mechanism affixed to the hub which is capable of controlling the axial positioning of the guidewire relative to the endoluminal punch distal end. The control mechanism can be released so that the endoluminal punch can be removed from a patient while retaining the guidewire in place within the patient. The endoluminal punch introducer, including a sheath and dilator, can comprise energy emitting electrodes or transducers for cutting larger size holes in stubborn (friable, scarred, or fibrotic) tissue. In other embodiments, the endoluminal punch can comprise a guidewire or stylet, wherein the guidewire or stylet is capable of emitting energy to cut through tissue.

  • Publication number: 20230133961
Abstract: A portable throwing game assembly for use in ball throwing games includes an upper game body having a substantially flat top surface with a central aperture formed therethrough. A lower game body is attached to a bottom side of the upper game body, the lower game body having two pairs of retractable legs configured to fold into one another for storage and transporting the game assembly. Handle slots are formed on the lateral sides of the lower game body to facilitate moving of the game assembly. Channels are formed on the respective bottoms of the feet of one of the pairs of retractable legs. Protrusions are formed on the respective bottoms of the feet of the other pair of retractable legs, the protrusions being configured to mate with the channels when both pairs of legs are retracted for storage and transportation.

  • Publication number: 20220339509
Abstract: A portable tower assembly for use in ball throwing games includes a three or more connected panels, each panel having a top end, a bottom end, and two lateral edges. The three or more connected panels form an enclosure having an interior space, wherein a different number of apertures are formed on each respective outer face of the panels, and wherein a width of each of said three or more connected panels tapers in decreasing width from said respective bottom end to said top end. The panels are connected via the mating of T-shaped male tabs formed on the lateral edges of one or more panels, with correspondingly shaped and sized female slots formed on the interior surfaces of adjacent panels.
