Abstract: A computer implemented method of prioritizing incoming emergency calls at a dispatch center, comprising using one or more processors for detecting one or more incoming emergency calls from one or more client devices, before accepting each of the incoming emergency call(s), acquiring via a communication network, sensory data captured by one or more sensors associated with the respective client device and monitoring an environment of the respective client device, automatically analyzing the sensory data to identify one or more environment parameters deduced from the analysis, prioritizing one or more of the incoming emergency calls in a queue comprising a plurality of incoming emergency calls concurrently received from a plurality of client devices according to the environment parameter(s) and adjusting a graphical user interface (GUI) presented on a display of one or more dispatch center client terminals according to the prioritization.
