  • Publication number: 20130117656
Abstract: A portion of the CMS stage of web site development is automated to convert a static markup language mockup and its referenced resources into a renderable CMS web template. One or more features in the mockup are represented by one or more static markup language elements, which are replaced by one or more CMS instructions during the conversion process. The placement of the CMS instructions within the CMS web template is based on the type of feature and/or the type of the corresponding CMS instruction. Further, one or more additional CMS instructions are added to satisfy a rendering condition, so that the CMS web template is renderable and/or functional as part of a webpage with associated content provided through a CMS.

  • Publication number: 20130117657
Abstract: A web template author can author interactive web templates via a static markup language-based authoring tool. The web template author can insert static markup language snippets representing one or more configurable controls of a web template into a static markup language-based authoring tool. Each snippet includes a definition of a preview of a configurable control in a static markup language as well as one or more disabled CMS instructions for the configurable control. The web template author can configure and view previews of the inserted configurable controls as they are added to the web template being developed within the static markup language-based authoring tool. When the web template author is satisfied with a version of a web template, the web template author can upload the static markup language definition of the web template to the server, where the web template is converted into a CMS-compatible web template.

  • Publication number: 20090228362
Abstract: A method and device enables tokenless authorization of an electronic payment between a payor and a payee using an electronic identicator and a payor bid biometric sample. The payor registers with a registration biometric sample, and a payor financial account identifier. The payee registers a payee identification data with the electronic identicator. A payee bid identification data and a payor bid biometric sample are electronically forwarded to the identicator. The bid biometric sample is compared with registered biometric samples and the payee's bid identification data is compared with a payee's registered identification data for a successful or failed identifications of the payor and payee. If successful, an electronic financial transaction is then formed comprising a transaction amount and a payor financial account identifier. Loyalty or reward information stored in the database at the DPC is automatically transmitted back to the PIA along with any financial account information.

  • Patent number: 7558407
Abstract: The invention as described provides a method and system for tokenless authorization of commercial transactions between a buyer and a seller using a computer system. The method comprises the steps of registering a buyer, wherein the buyer registers with the computer system a PIN, at least one registration biometric sample, and at least one buyer financial account. The method also includes a seller registration step, wherein the seller registers with the computer system at least one seller financial account. In a proposal step, the seller offers a proposed commercial transaction to the buyer usually comprising price information. If the buyer accepts the seller's proposal, in an acceptance step, the buyer signals his/her acceptance by adding to the proposed commercial transaction the buyer's personal authentication information comprising a PIN and at least one bid biometric sample which is obtained from the buyer's person.

  • Patent number: 7536352
Abstract: A method and device enables tokenless authorization of an electronic payment between a payor and a payee using an electronic identicator and a one payor bid biometric sample. If the identicator successfully identifies the payor and payee, the identicator electronically forwards a payor financial account identifier to the payee. An electronic financial transaction is then formed comprising a transaction amount and a payor financial account identifier.

  • Patent number: 7319987
Abstract: The present invention shows a method and a device system for tokenless authorization of commercial transactions between a user and a seller. The user registers at least one registration biometric sample, and at least one user financial account. The seller registers with the computer system at least one seller financial account. The seller offers a proposed commercial transaction to the user, which includes price information. The user accepts the seller's proposed commercial transaction by adding to the proposed commercial transaction the user's personal authentication information. The bid biometric sample is forwarded to the computer system. The computer system compares the bid biometric sample with registration biometric samples. Upon successful match, a financial account of the user is debited and a financial account of the seller is credited, wherein a commercial transaction is conducted without the user having to use any portable man-made memory devices such as smartcards or swipe cards.
