Abstract: Systems and techniques are provided for translating outputs from machine learning (ML) models of an autonomous vehicle (AV) and generating a remote assistance (RA) interface based on the translated outputs. An example method can include receiving an output generated by an ML model of an AV, the output indicating a navigation action and/or a likelihood that the AV will implement the navigation action in a scene associated with the AV; in response to an error event experienced by the AV, establishing an RA session between the AV and an RA system; translating the output into a navigation constraint associated with the navigation action, the navigation constraint representing a condition deemed to restrict a behavior of the AV in the scene to the navigation action or trigger the AV to implement the navigation action; and generating an RA interface comprising user interface (UI) data representing the navigation constraint.

  • Publication number: 20250040109
Abstract: Systems and methods for lessening temperature differences between first and second IGBTs respectively residing in first and second inverters, the first and second inverters being configured to collectively deliver current to an electrode of a torch for the purpose of producing a plasma arc. According to one method, the temperature of each of the first and second IGBTs is measured and the flow of current through one or more of the first and second inverters is altered based on the measured temperatures. The regulating of current flow through the first and second inverters is also based on a current request signal that is indicative of an amount of current requested to be delivered to the electrode. The lessening of temperature differences between the first and second IGBTs can additionally be based on current signals indicative of the current measured at the output of each of the first and second inverters.

  • Publication number: 20250036814
Abstract: Key value (KV) pair data includes a key and a value, where the key addresses the value. The value may include one or more flash management units (FMUs). Because the value is read in order, sequentially from one FMU to a next FMU, end-to-end (E2E) protection of the value may be optimized and improved. E2E protection may including using checksum signatures, of which cyclic redundancy code (CRC) signatures are but one example, to ensure that corrupted data is not returned to a host device. Optimizing checksum signatures used to protect the value may include generating an aggregated checksum signature for each FMU based on a current FMU and each previous FMU of the value or only generating a single checksum signature for an entirety of the value. Thus, characteristics of the value may be taken advantage of in order to improve and optimize E2E protection.

  • Publication number: 20250036293
Abstract: Rather than using low power mode since there is no indication of a sleep mode type to the data storage device, the sleep mode type is inferred by the data storage device, or supplied by the host. In so doing, the sleep type communication is improved. After the system returns power to the data storage device, there may be a read workload, depending on the sleep type. The workload is characterized by a low-queue depth (QD) sequential read from a specific area of the storage medium that was written to just prior to shut down. In response to inference or host cue, the data storage device will modify an operation so that data storage device is optimized to the sleep mode type, resulting in improved performance and power consumption.
