  • Publication number: 20190040935
Abstract: The invention concerns an active line guide like for example an energy guiding chain with detection of deterioration. An apparatus for detection of deterioration in a critical region of at least one portion of the line guide is in the form of a radio circuit and is distinguished by a transponder and at least one detector element which cooperates with the transponder and which is so arranged that the detector element changes the behaviour of the transponder at a predetermined amount of deterioration wear in the critical region. In that way a change due to wear, for example due to abrasion wear, cracking and/or fatigue breakage, can be detected wirelessly, that is to say in contact-less fashion. A corresponding system and a method as well as a detection module for original fitment or retro-fitment to an active line guide having a function for detection of deterioration are proposed. A radio circuit is also disclosed for particularly reliable detection of deterioration.

  • Publication number: 20190042661
Abstract: Techniques herein generate, such as during compilation, polymorphic dispatch logic (PDL) to switch between specialized implementations of a polymorphic graph algorithm. In an embodiment, a computer detects, within source logic of a graph algorithm, that the algorithm processes an instance of a generic graph type. The computer generates several alternative implementations of the algorithm. Each implementation is specialized to process the graph instance as an instance of a respective graph subtype. The computer generates PDL that performs dynamic dispatch as follows. At runtime, the PDL receives a graph instance of the generic graph type. The PDL detects which particular graph subtype is the graph instance. The PDL then invokes whichever alternative implementation that is specialized to process the graph instance as an instance of the detected particular graph subtype. In embodiments, the source logic is expressed in a domain specific language (DSL), e.g. for analysis, traversal, or querying of graphs.

  • Publication number: 20190039758
Abstract: A release apparatus includes a base member and a channel having a first portion and a second portion. A first rod positioned within the first portion includes a first end portion having a first coupling device and a second end portion coupled to a first portion of a panel assembly. A second rod positioned within the channel's second portion includes a first end portion having a second coupling device such that the second coupling device is positioned proximate to the first coupling device. The second rod includes a second end portion coupled to a second portion of the panel assembly. First and second coupling devices rotate such that a linear force is generated between the first and second rods, enabling the first rod second end portion and the second rod second end portion to simultaneously release the first and second portions of the panel assembly, respectively.

  • Publication number: 20190045373
Abstract: A network infrastructure equipment establishes a configuration of radio resources within a second frequency band for use by a terminal device for communications with network infrastructure equipment based on a first radio access technology and communicates an indication of that to the terminal device. The terminal device establishes a configuration of radio resources for use by the terminal device for communications based on a second radio access technology and determines if there is any overlap in radio resources configured for use by two different radio access technologies, and if so communicates an indication of that to the network infrastructure equipment. In response the network infrastructure equipment establishes a replacement configuration of radio resources for communications with the terminal device based on the first radio access technology that avoids the radio resources indicated as subject to overlap, and transmits an indication of the replacement configuration to the terminal device.
