Abstract: A collapsible lampshade includes first and second complementing shell halves each having upper and lower ends, and joining ends which extend from two opposite ends of the upper ends to two opposite ends of the lower ends. Amounting piece, which is disposed within the upper ends of the first and second shell halves and which is connected to the upper end of the second shell half via a second rib, is removably connected to a first rib extending from the upper end of the first shell half. Interconnecting elements are disposed at two opposite ends of the upper and lower ends of first and second shell halves to interlock removably the first and second shell halves. For storage or packaging, the first shell half can be stacked on the second shell half to reduce the volume of the lampshade.

Abstract: A lamp receptacle for a screw bulb includes a seat, a multiple-stage power adjusting switch mounted in the seat and having a ratchet wheel and a conductive bridging shroud attached to the ratchet wheel, first and second spring arms selectively in resilient contact with one of the ratchet wheel and the bridging shroud, a third spring arm in electrical contact with the second spring arm and the screw bulb, and a resistor in electrical contact with the bridging shroud and the third spring arm. The switch is turnable among an ON position, where a current can pass through the first, second and third spring arms, a DIM position, where the current can pass through the first spring arm, the resistor and the third spring arm, and an OFF position, where the first spring arm is disconnected from a power supply.

Abstract: A stand device for an article such as a lamp or a fan includes a holding post which has at its lower end a clamp base for mounting the holding post, and a pedestal for receiving and holding the clamp base. The pedestal has a pedestal housing to receive the clamp base and an interior integral seat plate which can be clamped by the clamp base. The stand device can be positioned by means of either one of the clamp base and the pedestal.
