    Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed herein for logging of measurement results performed while a wireless communication device is in an inactive or idle state such that the logged information includes information that indicates a status of the respective carrier when logging the measurement results. In one embodiment, a method performed by a wireless communication device comprises receiving a measurement configuration(s) for performing early measurement on a carrier and performing the early measurement on the carrier in accordance with the measurement configuration(s) to provide measurement results. The method further comprises logging the measurement results along with information that indicates a status of the carrier when logging the measurement results. By logging the information that indicates the status of the carrier when logging the measurement results, operations performed based on the measurement results can be more reliable.
