  • Publication number: 20160325840
Abstract: A compressor mount bracket has a mount floor extending to be perpendicular to a square side extending away from the mount floor in a first direction. A closure side extends from the mount floor in the first direction. An outer surface faces away from the square side. An angled side extends at a non-parallel angle from the square side and back over the mount floor. A mount location extends from the angled side, and further over the mount floor. The closure side extends along the angled side and the mount location. The mount location has a first thickness, and the angled side has a second thickness. A ratio of the first thickness to the second thickness is between 1.38 and 1.63. A cabin air supply system and a method of servicing a cabin air supply system are also disclosed.

  • Patent number: 9146004
Abstract: A support bracket for a cabin air compressor (CAC) assembly includes a CAC mounting portion formed substantially orthogonal to an access portion and a structural support portion. A cross-support bracket mounting portion is formed at an angle relative to the access portion. An upper lug portion is formed at an angle relative to the access portion and substantially orthogonal to an upper lug. A plurality of CAC mounting holes is formed in the CAC mounting portion. The CAC mounting holes are distributed in an arc configuration along a CAC mounting hole circle radius. A plurality of lower slotted holes and an upper slotted hole are formed in the cross-support bracket mounting portion. A ratio of the CAC mounting hole circle radius to a length defined between the lower slotted holes and the upper slotted hole is between 5.93 and 6.25.

  • Publication number: 20150076008
Abstract: A plug side surface of a plug housing is provided with a claw portion. The claw portion includes a plug lock surface facing in a direction away from a connector mounting surface. Each assistant fitting of a receptacle connector includes a receptacle lock surface that faces in a direction approaching the connector mounting surface and is opposed to the plug lock surface in a mated state. The plug lock surface includes a lock maintaining surface and an unlocking surface. Assuming that an angle formed between a reference plane and the lock maintaining surface is a lock maintaining angle and an angle formed between the reference plane and the unlocking surface is an unlocking angle, the lock maintaining angle is smaller than the unlocking angle.

  • Patent number: 8949410
Abstract: Techniques are provided herein for receiving information at a device in a network indicating a load level for one or more server load balancers that are configured to manage network traffic load for a plurality of servers. The information represents an aggregate load across the plurality of servers. A determination is made as to whether the load level for one or more of the server load balancers exceeds a predetermined threshold. In response to determining that the load level for one or more of the server load balancers exceeds the predetermined threshold, an additional load balancer is activated that is configured to manage network traffic load for the plurality of servers. In response to determining that the load level for one or more of the server load balancers does not exceed the predetermined threshold, an additional load balancer is deactivated that was configured to manage network traffic load for the plurality of servers.

  • Patent number: 8755354
Abstract: In accordance with various embodiments, a Home Agent receives a registration request and sends a registration reply having a network mask extension including a network mask associated with the home address of the Mobile Node. Once the Mobile Node has obtained its network mask, it may send packets such as broadcast packets, as well as roam to its Home Agent. Additionally, in accordance with various embodiments, when a Home Agent receives a broadcast packet, it forwards the broadcast packet to a care-of address of the broadcast packet without duplicating the broadcast packet. Instead, the Foreign Agent obtains the subnet from the broadcast packet, identifies the Mobile Node(s) on that subnet, and duplicates the broadcast packet for transmission to the identified Mobile Node(s).

  • Patent number: 8712695
Abstract: The present teachings provide for identification of peptides using small sequence tags to focus computational resources on searching regions of a protein database that are the most likely to yield correct identifications. They allow for the incorporation of modifications and in doing so focuses the search to peptides with a precursor mass match. Additionally, probability or relevance factors can be used to determine peptide hypotheses. Various embodiments are presented that search for peptides when a single precursor is selected or when multiple precursors are simultaneously fragmented.

  • Patent number: 8584207
Abstract: Methods and apparatus for supporting a session in Mobile IP are disclosed. A Mobile Node sends a first Mobile IP message identifying the Mobile Node to a Home Agent, wherein the first Mobile IP message indicates to the Home Agent that the Mobile Node is requesting dynamic configuration of a Mobile-Home authentication key to be shared between the Mobile Node and the Home Agent during the session. A Mobile-Home authentication key to be shared between the Home Agent and the Mobile Node is obtained or generated by the Mobile Node and the Home Agent, where the Mobile-Home authentication key is not valid after the session has ended or during another session.
