  • Publication number: 20160216334
Abstract: A method of detecting a stator fault in a multi-phase current induction machine including the steps of: obtaining a respective frequency spectrum for each of the current phases in the induction machine; deriving, from each frequency spectrum, a value for the ITHD (Inverse current Total Harmonic Distortion) for the respective current phase; calculating an ITHD deviation value corresponding to the maximum deviation for the derived ITHD values; judging whether the calculated ITHD deviation value differs from a reference deviation value; and determining, in response to a positive judgement, that there is a stator fault.

  • Publication number: 20160048442
Abstract: The system integrates transaction account issuers, merchants, and consumers. A transaction account issuer may provide one or more APIs to merchants. The transaction account issuer may provide a sandbox environment for merchants to test applications with the APIs. The transaction account issuer may provide documentation to assist the merchants in integrating with the transaction account issuer. The transaction account issuer may notify the merchants of any changes to the documentation.

  • Patent number: 8451159
Abstract: A method for converting an analog signal to a digital signal is provided. Initially, a digital representation of a portion of an analog signal is generated. Residue of the analog signal is then sampled at a sampling instant so as to generate a residue sample. A signal having a frequency that is proportional to the voltage of the residue sample is generated, and the signal is measured to generate coarse and fine measurements of the frequency. A digital representation of the residue sample from the coarse and fine measurements is then generated.

Date of Patent: May 28, 2013
    Assignee: Texas Instruments Incorporated

  • Patent number: 8258863
Abstract: A chopper-stabilized amplifier (20A) includes an amplifier (3), an input chopper (2A) having a first input (4) receiving an input signal (VIN+), an output (5) coupled to a first input of the amplifier, and a feedback resistor (9) coupled to an output (6) of the amplifier to couple a feedback signal (VFB+) to a second input of the amplifier (3). The input chopper operates in response to a chopping clock (CHOP_CLK). If the amplifier (3) is unacceptably close to a saturation condition, the chopping clock (CHOP_CLK) is disabled to reduce input leakage current (ILEAKAGE) of the chopper-stabilized amplifier.

  • Patent number: 6935165
Abstract: A monitoring apparatus useful in detecting viability of biological cells. A substrate defines a microscopic chamber. One or more microcantilevers extend from the substrate into the chamber. A detector is operatively connected to the microcantilevers for sensing a state of deformation thereof. On each microcantilevers is deposited a layer of an environmentally sensitive hydrogel polymer having a configuration changing in accordance with presence of an environmental parameter.
