  • Publication number: 20220083266
Abstract: A processor coupled to an AIPR-enabled NAND memory device comprising an n by m array of dies having n channels, each die having first and second independently accessible planes, receives read commands including instructions to access data on planes of a die. The processor determines the destination die plane of the command and sends the command to a die plane queue based on the determined destination die plane. The processor fetches commands from a head of a first die plane queue for a first plane of the destination die and a head of a second die plane queue for the second plane of the destination die, and performs reads at both the first and second planes of the destination die in parallel based on the commands.

  • Publication number: 20220067454
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to computer implemented methods and systems for processing of workorder evidence. The workorder has associated objects of interest and metadata describing at least one workorder attribute. Workorder evidence to be processed comprises an image. The image is validated to assess whether the image is associated with the workorder. Validation comprises one or both of comparing image attributes to workorder attributes to detect a match, and comparing the image to previous images to ensure that the image is not a match for a previous image. The system or method detects whether an object of interest is depicted in the image using an object detection algorithm. The workorder evidence is classified depending on whether the image is detected as valid and the object or interest is detected in the image.

  • Publication number: 20220066564
Abstract: In aspects of managing touch inputs based on device movement, a wireless device has a display screen to display a user interface that includes selectable elements, which are selectable to initiate respective device application actions. The wireless device implements an input control module that can determine the wireless device is in a stationary position based on sensor inputs. The input control module can receive a touch input on a selectable element of the user interface, and detect whether the wireless device has been moved from the stationary position substantially incident to the touch input being received. The input control module can then disregard the touch input if the wireless device has been moved from the stationary position substantially incident to the touch input being received, or initiate processing the touch input if the wireless device has not moved from the stationary position substantially incident to the touch input being received.

  • Publication number: 20220067510
Abstract: Methods and systems are presented for tagging an account associated with a user based on a predicted likelihood of an event associated with the user. A set of features is determined for data associated with the user. Values from the data are aggregated over time intervals for each feature to create time series data. The time series data is used as input to a neural network configured to accept input with the determined features. A predictive value indicating the likelihood of an event associated with the user is received from the neural network and used to determine whether to tag a user account. Determinations regarding the user are made based on the existence of absence of a tag on the user's account.

  • Patent number: 11264959
Abstract: A precharge circuit comprises a gain amplifier, a comparator, a reservoir capacitor, a switch, a current source, and a switching network. The gain amplifier has a gain G1 and receives an input voltage Vrefp. The gain amplifier outputs an amplified voltage G1Vrefp to the comparator, which compares G1Vrefp to a voltage across the reservoir capacitor. The comparator outputs a control signal for the switch based on the comparison. The switch couples the current source to the reservoir capacitor. The current from the current source charges the reservoir capacitor. The switching network couples the reservoir capacitor to an output of the precharge circuit during a first operating mode and provides the input voltage Vrefp to the output during a second operating mode.
