    Abstract: A perpendicularly magnetized magnetic tunnel junction (p-MTJ) is disclosed wherein a free layer (FL) has a first interface with a MgO tunnel barrier, a second interface with a Mo or W Hk enhancing layer, and is comprised of FexCoyBz wherein x is 66-80, y is 5-9, z is 15-28, and (x+y+z)=100 to simultaneously provide a magnetoresistive ratio >100%, resistance x area product <5 ohm/?m2, switching voltage <0.15V (direct current), and sufficient Hk to ensure thermal stability to 400° C. annealing. The FL may further comprise one or more M elements such as O or N to give (FexCoyBz)wM100-w where w is >90 atomic %. Alternatively, the FL is a trilayer with a FeB layer contacting MgO to induce Hk at the first interface, a middle FeCoB layer for enhanced magnetoresistive ratio, and a Fe or FeB layer adjoining the Hk enhancing layer to increase thermal stability.

    Abstract: A method for producing a dust-reducing and dust-absorbing material from a nonmetallic mineral and a raw material from a cement plant. The method includes calcining the limestone block, to obtain quicklime; cooling the quicklime at ambient temperature, drying and pulverizing the quicklime, to obtain a first powder essentially consisting of a quicklime powder and a calcium carbonate powder; fully drying and grinding a nonmetallic mineral, to obtain a nonmetallic mineral powder; mixing the first powder and the nonmetallic mineral powder, stirring to be uniform, to obtain a mixture, and ball milling the mixture, to obtain a nano-powder; adding a dust-absorbing material to the nano-powder, adding water and mixing, and pouring the resulting mixture into a mold, and stoving; and air drying the resulting mixture, to obtain a cavernous dust-reducing and dust-absorbing material.

    Abstract: Techniques are discussed for preparing and executing scanning plans for particular types of information, including personally identifiable information. A user indicates one or more datastores to be scanned for the particular type of information. A scanner determines scan objectives for the scanning plan and classifiers for use in scans conducted according to the scanning plan. The scanner estimates scan performance metrics and scan quality metrics. The scanner presents estimated results for the scanning plan based on the selected classifiers, scan objectives, estimate scan performance metrics, and estimated scan quality metrics. The user can modify the set of scan objectives or select between alternative sets of scan objectives. The scanning plan may be performed iteratively and the results of previous scan may be used to adjust classifiers or scan objectives to be used in subsequent scans.

FETs having different depletion region configurations may be formed using the multiple thicknesses of the patterned portions of the top semiconductor layer.
