Abstract: The present disclosure relates to deep learning image classification oriented to heterogeneous computing devices. According to embodiments of the present disclosure, the deep learning model can be modeled as an original directed acyclic graph, with nodes representing operators of the deep learning model and directed edges representing data transmission between the operators. Then, a new directed acyclic graph is generated by replacing the directed edges in the original directed acyclic graph with new nodes and adding two directed edges to maintain a topological structure.

Abstract: An in-database application package and application instance for a data platform. The data platform creates an application instance of an application package having a versioned schema, creates one or more system roles for the application instance, creates a user role and an administrator role for the application instance, creates one or more objects of the application instance based on a versioned schema, and grants one or more use privileges to the one or more roles. Application instances of the application package are upgraded or patched on the data platform based on application package versions. To ensure a proper upgrade or patch, the data platform tracks versions of executing objects of application instances in a call context.

Abstract: The present disclosure describes image analysis techniques that identify the source of a document. Once the source of the document is determined, the image analysis may locate one or more anchor fields in the document. The anchor fields may identify one or more additional fields that contain time-sensitive data and/or information. The image analysis performed herein may identify the time-sensitive data and/or information and process the data and/or information to schedule due dates and reminders.

Abstract: A memory device includes a semiconductor substrate, a first continuous floating gate structure, a dielectric layer, and a control gate electrode. The semiconductor substrate has a first active region. The first continuous floating gate structure is over the first active region of the semiconductor substrate, wherein the first continuous floating gate structure has first and second inner sidewalls facing each other. The dielectric layer has a first portion extending along the first inner sidewall of the first continuous floating gate structure and a second portion extending along the second inner sidewall of the first continuous floating gate structure. The control gate electrode is over the dielectric layer. The control gate electrode is in contact with the first and second portions of the dielectric layer.

Abstract: A resource sharing method and apparatus. A first network device determines a first control channel resource of a first cell from a first spectrum resource, where the first cell belongs to the first network device. The first network device sends a first message to a second network device, where the first message indicates a second network device to allocate a second control channel resource to a second cell from the first spectrum resource. The second cell belongs to the second network device. The first control channel resource and the second control channel resource belong to different parts of the first spectrum resource, and the first spectrum resource is a spectrum resource shared by the first cell and the second cell.

Abstract: A package applied to a flyback power converter includes a first lead frame and a second lead frame. The first lead frame connects to at least one component of a primary side of the flyback power converter. An isolation distance exists between the first lead frame and the second lead frame. The primary side of the flyback power converter is galvanically isolated from and communicates with a secondary side of the flyback power converter through capacitive coupling effect between the first lead frame and the second lead frame.

Abstract: A display device, including a first display panel, a second display panel, and a first optical structure layer, is provided. The first display panel has a first display surface emitting light toward a first direction. The second display panel has a second display surface emitting light toward a second direction, wherein the first direction is different from the second direction. The first optical structure layer is disposed on the first display panel, wherein a glossiness of the first optical structure layer is between 4 GU and 35 GU, and a reflectivity of specular component included (SCI) of the first optical structure layer is between 3% and 6%. The display device provided by the disclosure can reduce the influence of ambient light from the outside on a displayed image.

Abstract: Embodiments disclosed herein generally provide improved control of gas flow in processing chambers. In at least one embodiment, a liner for a processing chamber includes an annular body having a sidewall and a vent formed in the annular body for exhausting gas from inside to outside the annular body. The vent comprises one or more vent holes disposed through the sidewall. The liner further includes an opening in the annular body for substrate loading and unloading.

Abstract: A system and method to generate a website for a user system. A set of static assets associated with the website are generated. A first document of a first data record is transformed from a first schema to a second schema to generate a first transformed document. A data graph associated with the user system is generated, where the data graph includes the first transformed document and a portion of HTML, content of a data record received via a first data stream of a set of data streams. A web page including the portion of HTML content is rendered. The set of static assets and the web page of the website are provisioned to the user system.

Abstract: Methods and compositions for treating a coronavirus infection in a subject are provided. Also provided are methods and compositions for preventing or treating a coronavirus-associated disease in a subject. The methods and compositions include administering a pharmaceutical composition containing an effective amount of a caspase-6 inhibitor to a subject. The amount of the caspase-6 inhibitor contained in the pharmaceutical composition is effective to reduce replication of the coronavirus in the subject. The disclosed methods and compositions ameliorate lung pathology associated with the coronavirus infection and increases survival in the subject.

Abstract: A coring and sampling integrated sub, including an integrally formed base body, a probe module, a coring module and a hydraulic module. The probe module, the coring module and the hydraulic module are all mounted on the base body. The hydraulic module, the probe module and the coring module are sequentially arranged from top to bottom. An output end of the hydraulic module is configured to be connected to the probe module and the coring module, respectively. The hydraulic module is configured to provide telescopic power for the probe module, and provide power for movement, flipping, and pushing of the coring module. Abstract: Embodiments relate a super-heterojunction structure. A n-type modulation doping with barrier layer induces a two-dimensional electron gas (2DEG) channel and allows for vertically stacked channels without risk of reaching critical thickness limited by the strain in epitaxy. The n-type modulation doped layer is adjacent the at least one p-type layer to generate a charge balanced super-heterojunction region. A p-type ohmic contact ensures that the processes of depleting and accumulating of electrons and holes in the structure are fast enough for practical switching operation.

Abstract: A lifting socket comprises a housing including a chamber having an opening in an upper end thereof. A lifting base is disposed in the chamber and includes a casing and a transmission device for vertically moving the lifting base relative to the housing. A panel is disposed on top of the casing and includes sockets. A lid is connected to the lifting base and is disposed above the panel. A controller electrically connected to the transmission device can control vertical movement of the lifting base. When the lifting base is in an elevated position, the sockets can couple with electrical connecting devices. When the lifting base is in a lowered position, the lid is adjacent to or approximately at a level of a top end of the housing, and wires of the plurality of electrical connecting devices can extend through a gap between the lid and the opening.

Abstract: A system and method for providing video conferencing are described herein. Original video streams from one or more cameras are sampled to form downscaled versions of the video stream. The downscaled version is analyzed to find regions of interest and generate metadata describing aspects of the regions of interest, including a region that includes a preferred speaker and the best view of each participant present together in the video conference. Cropping instructions are generated from the metadata, and portions of the original video stream are removed to form a set of presentation views for each participant, including the preferred speaker. The set of presentation views is stitched together to form a composite display for each participant viewing the stream remotely.

Abstract: Implementations of a method of designing a module semiconductor product may include receiving a selection of a module type, one or more die, a placement of one or more wires, clips, or pins; and generating, using a processor, a module configuration file. The method may include generating a module bonding diagram using a build diagram system module; selecting one or more SPICE models corresponding with the die; and generating a product SPICE model and a three dimensional model for the module semiconductor product. The method may include generating one or more datasheet characteristics of the module semiconductor product with at least the product SPICE model and the product simulation module, generating a product datasheet for the module semiconductor product using the datasheet formation module, and providing access to at least the module bonding diagram, the product SPICE model, the three dimensional model, and the product datasheet to the user.
