    Abstract: The present invention belongs to the technical field of processing and analysis of biomedical signals, and provides a calibration method for the critical point of mental fatigue based on self-organized criticality. It constructs a self-organized criticality model by using the dynamic characteristics of a brain network, and deduces the avalanche dynamics of mental fatigue, which is consistent with the internal mechanism of evolution of fatigue complexity. The critical state of calibration is dynamically stable and robust. Through the verification of the behavior data, the reliability of the critical state of mental fatigue determined from physiological and behavioral dimensions is high, providing support for the setting of the fatigue category labels to complete more accurate classification and recognition.

    Abstract: The invention discloses a convolution self-encoding fault monitoring method based on batch imaging, and belongs to the technical field of batch process fault monitoring. The method comprises two steps of off-line modeling and on-line monitoring. The offline modeling step comprises the following steps: firstly, normalizing three-dimensional data of intermittent process; then, taking the two-dimensional array of each batch as an image to be directly input into a convolutional auto-encoder (CAE) to carry out deep unsupervised feature learning; and finally, constructing statistics and corresponding control limits for the features learned by CAE by utilizing a support vector machine. The online monitoring step includes: normalizing the collected data, and carrying out batch filling; inputting the normalized and filled batch graph into trained CAE to learn features; and calculating an online statistic, comparing online statistic with an offline control limit.

    Abstract: Integrated optical waveguides, direct-bonded waveguide interface joints, optical routing and interconnects are provided. An example optical interconnect joins first and second optical conduits. A first direct oxide bond at room temperature joins outer claddings of the two optical conduits and a second direct bond joins the inner light-transmitting cores of the two conduits at an annealing temperature. The two low-temperature bonds allow photonics to coexist in an integrated circuit or microelectronics package without conventional high-temperatures detrimental to microelectronics. Direct-bonded square, rectangular, polygonal, and noncircular optical interfaces provide better matching with rectangular waveguides and better performance. Direct oxide-bonding processes can be applied to create running waveguides, photonic wires, and optical routing in an integrated circuit package or in chip-to-chip optical communications without need for conventional optical couplers.

    Abstract: A model-driven deep learning-based seismic super-resolution inversion method includes the following steps: 1) mapping each iteration of a model-driven alternating direction method of multipliers (ADMM) into each layer of a deep network, and learning proximal operators by using a data-driven method to complete the construction of a deep network ADMM-SRINet; 2) obtaining label data used to train the deep network ADMM-SRINet; 3) training the deep network ADMM-SRINet by using the obtained label data; and 4) inverting test data by using the deep network ADMM-SRINet trained at step 3). The method combines the advantages of a model-driven optimization method and a data-driven deep learning method, and therefore the network has the interpretability; and meanwhile, due to the addition of physical knowledge, the iterative deep learning method lowers requirements for a training set, and therefore an inversion result is more reliable.
