Abstract: Provided are an Akkermansia muciniphila strain and use thereof in preventing and treating metabolic diseases. This strain is named Akkermansia muciniphila SSYD-3 and the accession number thereof is CGMCC No. 14764. This strain is more ideal than the existing Ackermannia strain ATCC BAA835 in respect of fermentation performance, storage stability, acid and bile resistance, and the effect on treating metabolic diseases.

Abstract: A peak shaving control method for emergent source-grid coordination in case of a faulty sending-end power grid. The method includes: S1: evaluating dispatchability of a cluster virtual wind power unit; S2: developing a method for calculating a dispatchability index of the cluster virtual wind power unit; S3: analyzing a source-load peak-shaving resource strategy; and S4: distributing a control strategy for tie-line peak shaving. The present disclosure has the following beneficial effects: In the present disclosure, real-time dispatchability of wind power participating in real-time power balance is first analyzed, specific evaluation indexes and calculation methods are provided, and calculation examples are given for verification. Then, an optimized real-time dispatch strategy is provided based on demand-side response resources, and DC and AC tie-lines are coordinated for operation.

The method includes: determining a current video frame; obtaining, from video frames that have been decoded, an energy parameter of an MV in a reference frame associated with the current video frame, the energy parameter including at least one of the following: an average value of the MV and a variance of the MV; determining, according to the energy parameter, a target resolution used for decoding the current video frame; and decoding the current video frame by using the target resolution. In this application, the technical problem of relatively low video encoding and decoding efficiency caused by complex processing operations in the related art is resolved.

The fusion protein sequentially comprises, from an N-terminus to a C-terminus, a mutated single-chain human FVIII having a partially deleted B-domain, a flexible peptide linker, at least one rigid unit of a carboxyl-terminal peptide of a human chorionic gonadotropin beta subunit, and a half-life prolonging moiety (preferably an IgG Fc variant). Abstract: In response to detecting the failure of a data storage drive, a drive rebuild operation is performed. The drive rebuild operation is performed by periodically i) calculating a target rebuild rate that enables data previously stored on the failed data storage drive to be completely rebuilt on at least one other data storage drive within an expected drive rebuild time window, ii) calculating a new value for at least one drive rebuild parameter based on a value for the drive rebuild parameter corresponding to the target rebuild rate indicated by a static rebuild rate data structure and a current level of host I/O (Input/Output) activity, and iii) rebuilding the data previously stored on the failed data storage drive on the at least one other data storage drive for a predetermined time period with the at least one drive rebuild parameter set to the new value for the drive rebuild parameter.

Abstract: A method for identifying sunny and rainy moments by utilizing multiple characteristic quantities of high-frequency satellite-ground links is provided. The method may include the following steps of: extracting multiple characteristic quantities including standard deviation, trend, maximum value, minimum value, average value, skewness, kurtosis and information entropy; selecting an optimal time window through adjustment; and finally realizing the identification of the sunny and rainy moments by utilizing a classification algorithm. According to the method for identifying the sunny and rainy moments, sunny and rainy periods can be accurately distinguished by utilizing the signals of the high-frequency satellite-ground links, and real-time monitoring of large-range sunny and rainy distribution conditions is achieved.
