    Abstract: Germanium-based sensors are disclosed herein. An exemplary germanium-based sensor includes a germanium photodiode and a junction field effect transistor (JFET) formed from a germanium layer disposed in a silicon substrate, in some embodiments, or on a silicon substrate, in some embodiments. A doped silicon layer, which can be formed by in-situ doping epitaxially grown silicon, is disposed between the germanium layer and the silicon substrate. In embodiments where the germanium layer on the silicon substrate, the doped silicon layer is disposed between the germanium layer and an oxide layer. The JFET has a doped polysilicon gate, and in some embodiments, a gate diffusion region is disposed in the germanium layer under the doped polysilicon gate. In some embodiments, a pinned photodiode passivation layer is disposed in the germanium layer. In some embodiments, a pair doped region pair in the germanium layer is configured as an e-lens of the germanium-based sensor.

    Abstract: A high-power resistor includes a substrate, a resistor layer, two edge electrodes, and a seed layer. The substrate has a first surface. The resistor layer is mounted on the first surface of the substrate. The two edge electrodes are mounted on the resistor layer. The seed layer is mounted between the resistor layer and the two edge electrodes. A contacting surface between one of the two edge electrodes and the resistor layer is bigger than contacting side surfaces of a printed resistor layer and printed conduction layers from a conventional chip resistor, creating less electrical resistance. When high-power electricity passes through the resistor layer, heat generated by a large passing current can be equally dissipated in all directions on the contact surface. With less electrical resistance and better heat dissipation, the contacting surface enables the high-power resistor to tolerate greater electric power.

    Abstract: A method of delivery of an ultrasound-guided drug-loaded microbubble, an electronic device, and a computer-readable storage medium are provided. The method includes: emitting a first ultrasonic signal by utilizing an array transducer, to break a drug-loaded microbubble in a current breaking region; emitting a second ultrasonic signal by utilizing the array transducer, to obtain an ultrasound image; identifying a contour of a blood vessel of the breaking region based on the ultrasound image; and updating a characteristic parameter of the breaking region based on the contour of the blood vessel. According to the method, the breaking region is updated in real time based on the contour of the blood vessel, so that delivery accuracy of a drug-loaded microbubble is improved, and avoiding unnecessary tissue damage.

    Abstract: A vehicle control system prevents an acceleration opposing a driver's intention even when the driver mistakenly depresses an accelerator pedal on a vehicle collision. When a collision of the vehicle is detected by an airbag system, a controller performs a brake assist control to increase a braking force of the vehicle and also performs a driving force reduction assist control to reduce a vehicle driving force to a lower value than normal based on an operation amount of the accelerator pedal. The driving force reduction assist control is continued if the accelerator pedal operation amount detected by the accelerator pedal becomes equal to or above a predetermined threshold during a time before the collision to a predetermined time after the collision and keeps equal to or above the threshold even after the brake assist control is released after the vehicle comes to a stop.
