Abstract: A semiconductor device includes a substrate provided with an electronic device, an interlayer dielectric (ILD) layer formed over the electronic device, a wiring pattern formed on the ILD layer and a contact formed in the ILD layer and physically and electrically connecting the wiring pattern to a conductive region of the electronic device. An insulating liner layer is provided on sidewalls of the contact between the contact and the ILD layer. A height of the insulating liner layer measured from a top of the conductive region of the electronic device is less than 90% of a height of the contact measured between the top of the conductive region and a level of an interface between the ILD layer and the wiring pattern.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a photo-induced cationic polymerized pure vegetable oil-based polymer and a preparation method and use thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing a dry oil, an epoxy vegetable oil and an initiator uniformly, irradiating to initiate a photo-curing reaction, and then placing at ambient temperature, and continuing to a heat-curing reaction so as to obtain a photo-induced cationic polymerized pure vegetable oil-based polymer. In the present invention, vegetable oil resources which are low in price, widespread, and easy to regenerate are used to prepare the pure vegetable oil-based polymers instead of the fossil-derived monomers completely, thereby achieving the efficient use of vegetable oils. In the present invention, an unconventional photo-induced heat frontal polymerization technology is used to prepare the pure vegetable oil-based polymer, thereby achieving a photo-thermal dual curing reaction of a vegetable oil system without heating.

Abstract: An electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection circuit is coupled between first and second power supply buses. The ESD protection circuit includes a detection circuit; a pull-up circuit, coupled to the detection circuit, comprising at least a first n-type transistor; a pull-down circuit, coupled to the pull-up circuit, comprising at least a second n-type transistor; and a bypass circuit, coupled to the pull-up and pull-down circuits, wherein the detection circuit is configured to detect whether an ESD event is present on either the first or the second bus so as to cause the pull-up and pull-down circuits to selectively enable the bypass circuit for providing a discharging path between the first and second power supply buses.

In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive an indication of a plurality of sets of contiguous time domain resources corresponding to a plurality of segments of a multi-slot transmission occasion. The UE may identify an interruption of a multi-slot communication associated with an impacted segment of the plurality of segments. The UE may transmit at least one communication on the multi-slot transmission occasion based on at least one of: prioritization on the impacted segment, a bandwidth part switch associated with the interruption, one or more segments, of the plurality of segments, that occur after the impacted segment, or a remainder of the impacted segment. The computing device receives a dispatch acknowledgement from a responder, where the dispatch acknowledgement indicates that the responder is at the geographic area or that the responder is en route to the geographic area. The computing device automatically sends a camera activation signal to a responder camera associated with the responder in response to receiving the dispatch acknowledgement from the responder. The responder camera is configured to begin capturing a video in response to receiving the camera activation signal.

Abstract: An additive manufacturing (AM) method includes using an AM tool to fabricate a plurality of workpiece products; measuring qualities of the first workpiece products respectively; performing a temperature measurement on each of the melt pools on the powder bed during a fabrication of each of the workpiece products; performing photography on each of the melt pools on the powder bed during the fabrication of each of the workpiece products; extracting a length and a width of each of the melt pools; performing a melt-pool feature processing operation; building a conjecture model by using a plurality of sets of first process data and the actual metrology values of the first workpiece products in accordance with a prediction algorithm; and predicting a virtual metrology value of the second workpiece product by using the conjecture model based on a set of second process data.

The method relates to identifying whether a StSCI gene in the diploid potato is transcribed and expressed. Also disclosed is a method for identifying whether a StSCI gene is expressed by using molecular marker, and a method of screening for the molecular marker, which includes: obtaining the genome sequence information of parental materials, screening for difference sites of the parental materials, screening for the molecular marker, and identifying whether the screened molecular marker are usable. As for the identification of the self-compatibility of a diploid potato by using the screened molecular marker, the identification workload is small, a lot of time is saved, and the identification result is not affected by the environment, and it is accurate and reliable.
