The drum includes a fluid nozzle and a press member, the press member having an outer surface. The anvil roll includes a compliant outer circumferential surface. First and second substrates are advanced in a machine direction onto the drum. The fluid nozzle moves radially outward and a jet of heated fluid may be directed onto the substrates. The fluid nozzle retracts radially inward and the press member may be shifted radially outward. The substrates may be compressed between the press member and the anvil roll such that the press member deforms the compliant outer circumferential surface of the anvil roll.

The payload data is fetched by performing direct virtual memory addressing of the user memory space including mapping virtual addresses of the payload buffers to corresponding physical addresses, including: (i) when the payload buffers are noncontiguous, then retrieving the outbound payload data with reference to multiple buffer descriptors having starting virtual addresses of the payload buffers and (ii) when they are contiguous, then retrieving the outbound payload data with reference to a single buffer descriptor. The outbound payload data is then segmented across one or more TCP packets.

Compared with the prior art, furil and derivatives thereof are added to the electrolyte as electrolyte additives in the present invention, to enhance the permeability for separator and the wettability for positive/negative electrode materials, facilitate the film forming reaction of the SEI film forming additive, and further improve the cycling performance of the lithium ion battery using the electrolyte. Furthermore, the furil and derivatives thereof have good chemical and electrochemical stability and free from decomposition reaction within the operating voltage range of the lithium ion battery, thereby imparting no negative effect upon battery performances.

A message may also be generated and transmitted to the medical facility to alert them that a person in need of timely medical assistance is on the way.
