    Abstract: System and method for array antenna failure detection and antenna self-correction are introduced. In the array antenna failure detection and antenna self-correction system, a signal analyzer is employed to perform gain analysis so as to perform gain attenuation/compensation, and a DC offset generator is employed to generate a set of known offset amounts which are added to signals, so that, at the receiving end, a phase offset amount can be derived based on comparisons with the original signal, and antenna correction can then be performed accordingly. In this way, computational complexity of the system can be reduced, and the speed of antenna correction can be increased.

    Abstract: A telescopic transmission assembly includes first and second stage rods, and first and second stage casings.     Abstract: A gas-liquid separation apparatus suitable for gas hydrate slurry, comprising an upper chamber, a middle chamber, and a lower chamber; a gas-phase outlet and a pressurizing unit are disposed in a top of the upper chamber, the middle chamber is provided with a material inlet and a wire mesh demister, and the lower chamber is provided with a liquid-phase outlet and a plurality of deflector baffles. The arrangement of divided chambers can reduce the degree of hydrate dissociation in the slurry (i.e., loss of the sought gas) and improve the separation efficiency. With the pressurizing unit, it facilitates the setting of the required pressure for gas-liquid separation without introducing a pressure maintaining valve in the subsequent separation process, prevents the hydrate in the slurry from dissociating in the apparatus, and allows rapid separation between the slurry and the gas.

    Abstract: Optical proximity correction (OPC) based computational lithography techniques are disclosed herein for enhancing lithography printability. An exemplary mask optimization method includes receiving an integrated circuit (IC) design layout having an IC pattern; generating target points for a contour corresponding with the IC pattern based on a target placement model, wherein the target placement model is selected based on a classification of the IC pattern; and performing an OPC on the IC pattern using the target points, thereby generating a modified IC design layout. The method can further include fabricating a mask based on the modified IC design layout. The OPC can select an OPC model based on the classification of the IC pattern. The OPC model can weight the target placement model.

    Abstract: The design and manufacture method of a pressure sensor utilizing thermal field sensing with a thermal isolated membrane of a diaphragm structure is disclosed in the present invention. This device is made with silicon micromachining (a.k.a. This device is applicable for all types of pressure metrology.
