Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for improved communications in a nonvolatile memory (“NVM”) system. The system can toggle between multiple communications channels to provide point-to-point communications between a host device and NVM dies included in the system. The host device can toggle between multiple communications channels that extend to one or more memory controllers of the system, and the memory controllers can toggle between multiple communications channels that extend to the NVM dies. Power islands may be incorporated into the system to electrically isolate system components associated with inactive communications channels.

Abstract: Systems and methods of the invention relate to identifying a structure and a corresponding inspection for a portion of the structure and managing an appointment to perform the inspection with one or more inspectors. An evaluate component can analyze a set of inspection rules (e.g., user-defined, regulation-defined, defined by a type of structure, among others) for one or more structures, wherein a manager component can select one or more inspectors to perform the inspection.

Abstract: The invention relates to a distributed radio access network communicatively coupled to a core network, and a method for upholding a service in case of a failure in the distributed radio access network. The distributed radio access network comprises a main radio equipment controller communicatively coupled to at least one remote radio unit over a main optical path, a backup radio equipment controller communicatively coupled to the main radio equipment controller for synchronization, and a protection optical path for communicatively coupling the at least one remote radio unit to the backup radio equipment controller in case of a failure in communication between the main radio equipment controller and the at least one remote radio unit over the main optical path such that a service remains running when the failure occurs.

Abstract: A system and method for processing interaction requests includes a computer system that receives over a data channel from an end user device accessible to the customer, a request for an interaction. The request includes data from an application running on the end user device. The data is stored by the computer system upon receipt. When a voice call from a telephony device accessible to the customer is received, a voice media session is established with the telephony device over a voice channel. The data is identified based on information associated with the voice call. A contact center resource is further identified for routing the voice call. The data is attached to a request to route the call to the identified contact center resource.

Abstract: Methods, apparatuses, and systems for dispensing an off-gassing liquid product mixed with a diluting product are provided. A liquid product or product solution is moved through a primed product line and towards a dispenser. The liquid product is combined with the diluting product to create a solution. The solution is dispensed. The product line is cleared of unused or displaced liquid product by redirecting at least a portion of the unused or displaced liquid product in the product line to a displacement system operatively attached to the product line. The displacement system includes a check valve including a crack pressure that allows the unused or displaced product to be dispensed back into the product source or a separate, secondary container.

Abstract: Methods, apparatuses, and systems for dispensing an off-gassing liquid product mixed with a diluting product are provided. A liquid product or product solution is moved through an unprimed product line and towards a dispenser. The liquid product is combined with the diluting product to create a solution. The solution is dispensed. The product line is cleared of unused liquid product to unprime the product line after the dispensement of the solution. The unused product may be directed back into a product container from which it was held.

Abstract: A substrate having a flame retardant polymer chemically bonded to at least a portion of the substrate. The use of a substrate possessing at least a partially coated outer surface of a flame retardant polymer enables the manufacturing of polymer composites, containing the coated substrate, that possess very effective flame retardant performance while reducing the loading levels over conventional flame retardant additives.

Abstract: A HMD includes a pair of temple arms having spring steel that wraps around the head to provide long axis compression. The spring steel arms produce a compressive force along the long axis of the head that counters the gravitational force of a weight positioned at the forehead. The weight is supported by the long axis compression, rather than resting on the nose, ears or the top of the head. The front to back, long axis compressive force frees the head from all but the smallest amount of paraphernalia and allows for the weight to be worn in a way that is comfortable and non-intrusive. The spring steel temple arms are over bent inward well beyond the smallest size head and is used with a spine material that limits how far the temple arms can bend inward. An interface layer is also attached to provide comfort to the head.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention are directed to a system and method for processing interaction requests from a customer. A computer system receives over a data channel from an end user device accessible to the customer, a request for an interaction. The request includes data from an application running on the mobile device. An access number is identified from a pool of access numbers based on the data, and the identified access number is reserved. The identified access number is transmitted to the end user device over the data channel. In response to the transmitting of the identified access number, a call is received from a telephony device to the access number. A voice media session is established with the telephony device in response to the call.

Abstract: A method for indicating a pre-game environment quality level may include, for example, obtaining a profile associated with a video game, where the profile comprises desirable performance metrics for initiating the video game, performing performance metric measurements in collaboration with a computing device from which the video game is to be played, comparing the performance metric measurements to the desirable performance metrics, determining a discrepancy between the performance metric measurements and the desirable performance metrics, determining a gaming quality level according to the determined discrepancy, and presenting at the computing device a quality indicator based on the determined quality level. The presenting can further include graphically displaying the quality indicator and the discrepancy. Other embodiments are disclosed.

A feed consumer of the communication feed can access a user interface, on a computer or a mobile computing device, to specify which communications are most relevant to the feed consumer according to the feed consumer's needs and desires. Additional embodiments provide for automated or enhanced communication using variables such as place, time, feed consumer affiliation, etc. to prioritize and adapt communication streams or feeds for a specific person or organization.
