  • Publication number: 20100007295
Abstract: A BLDC (brushless direct current) motor system of the present invention includes a control circuit, a sequencer, a driving circuit, and a BLDC motor. The control circuit determines the maximum torque and the maximum speed of the BLDC motor. The control circuit includes an over-current detection circuit to generate a reset signal in response to a switching current of the BLDC motor. The reset signal is generated when the switching current of the BLDC motor exceeds a threshold. A pulse width of the PWM signal is correlated to the level of a speed-control signal and the level of the torque-control signal. The pulse width of the PWM signal is also controlled by the reset signal generated by the over-current detection circuit.

  • Patent number: 7568034
Abstract: A method of distributing files operates in a system having a master and a plurality of slaves, interconnected by a communications network. Each slave determines a current file length for each of a plurality of files and sends slave status information to the master, the slave status information including the current file length for each file. The master schedules copy operations based on the slave status information. The master stores bandwidth capability information indicating data transmission bandwidth capabilities for the resources required to transmit data between the slaves, and also stores bandwidth usage information indicating a total allocated bandwidth for each resource. For each schedule copy operation, an amount of data transmission bandwidth is allocated and the stored bandwidth usage information is updated accordingly. The master only schedules copy operations that do not cause the total allocated bandwidth of any resource to exceed the bandwidth capability of that resource.

  • Publication number: 20090110234
Abstract: An image processing method for providing an output image for an instant messaging program is provided. The image processing method includes the following steps. Firstly, an image capturer captures an input image. Next, the input image is inputted to a dump memory block. Then in response to an operating event, a drawing data is input to a canvas memory block. The storing sizes of the dump memory block and the canvas memory block are substantially the same. Next, the drawing data is obtained from the canvas memory and is combined with the input image, so that an output image is generated in the dump memory block. The instant messaging program controls a virtual image capturer to obtain the output image from the dump memory block.
