    Abstract: The present invention relates to a ferritin nanocage for multi-displaying a TRAIL trimer and a cancer-targeting peptide, and use thereof as an anticancer agent, and relates to the development of a TRAIL fusion nanoprotein, in which TRAIL with a trimer structure is conjugated to a human ferritin monomer fragment, and which exhibits enhanced cancer targeting using a cancer-targeting peptide. When injected into a blood vessel, the fusion protein according to the present invention effectively targets cancer and thus effectively leads to cancer death caused by TRAIL, wherein the fusion nanoprotein addresses the instability and off-targeting problems of TRAIL proteins, stably delivers a TRAIL trimer to cancer tissue, and thus there is a high possibility of developing an anticancer agent using same.

The catalyst heating control method includes performing mode switching from a first mode in which only a drive motor is used as a driving source to a second mode in which an engine is driven in a state in which a drive shaft and the engine are disconnected from each other to start heating of a catalyst of the engine. When demand torque higher than a maximum output of the drive motor occurs before the catalyst heating is completed, the second mode is maintained until the demand torque is greater than the sum of the maximum output and a predetermined margin.

    Abstract: Adaptive verifiable training enables the creation of machine learning models robust with respect to multiple robustness criteria. In general, such training exploits inherent inter-class similarities within input data and enforces multiple robustness criteria based on this information. In particular, the approach exploits pairwise class similarity and improves the performance of a robust model by relaxing robustness constraints for similar classes and increasing robustness constraints for dissimilar classes. Between similar classes, looser robustness criteria (i.e., smaller ?) are enforced so as to minimize possible overlap when estimating the robustness region during verification. Between dissimilar classes, stricter robustness regions (i.e., larger ?) are enforced. If pairwise class relationships are not available initially, preferably they are generated by receiving a pre-trained classifier and then applying a clustering algorithm (e.g., agglomerative clustering) to generate them.
