    Abstract: The invention provides an environmentally responsivetrans-2-hexenal sustained-release agent, a preparation method, and an application, which is obtained by using Michael addition reaction of trans-2-hexenal with a sulfhydryl compound. First, reductive glutathione is dissolved in a dimethyl sulfoxide solution, then trans-2-hexenalis added and stirred uniformly, and the resulted solution is subjected to vacuum freeze-drying to obtain the environmentally responsivetrans-2-hexenal sustained-release agent. The sustained-release agent overcomes the shortcomings of trans-2-hexenal which is volatile and not long-lasting and achieves the purpose of environmental response. The sustained-release agent reaches the effect of releasing more trans-2-hexenal efficiency with the increase of temperature or humidity and has a high bacterial inhibition effect. Moreover, a safe, environmental friendly, and effective technical means can be provided for the prevention and control of Botrytis cinerea in fruits.

    Abstract: Aspects of the present invention include methods for determining a transplant category of a subject having a transplant. Common mechanisms of rejection injury are uncovered across different tissue transplants, and provide a means to understand rational drug design. Various sources of tissues are examined form the patient for understanding AR mechanism (graft biopsy), as well as monitoring by minimal invasive means (blood) or non-invasive means (urine for the kidney allograft). For biomarker discovery different categories of markers are examined such as genes, proteins, peptides and antibodies. These biomarkers can help determine the subject's transplant category (e.g., acute allograft rejection (AR), stable allograft (STA), BK viremia, BK nephritis, drug toxicity or chronic allograft injury (CAI), and the like). Also provided are compositions, systems, kits and computer program products that find use in practicing the subject methods. The methods and compositions find use in a variety of applications.

    Abstract: The embodiments of the present disclosure describe a stressed Ge PD and fabrications techniques for making the same. In one embodiment, a stressor material is deposited underneath an already formed Ge PD. To do so, wafer bonding can be used to bond the wafer containing the Ge PD to a second, handler wafer. Doing so provides support to remove the substrate of the wafer so that a stressor material (e.g., silicon nitride, diamond-like carbon, or silicon-germanium) can be disposed underneath the Ge PD. The stress material induces a stress or strain in the crystal lattice of the Ge which changes its bandgap and improves its responsivity.

    Abstract: A debittering Kudingcha extract, a preparation method and a fingerprint detection method thereof are disclosed, which relates to the technical field of extract preparation and detection. The extract is prepared from Kudingcha by enzymolysis, water extraction, concentration, drying, purification and enrichment by a macroporous resin column, and drying. When the macroporous resin column is arranged for purification and enrichment, it is first rinsed with pure water, and then eluted with an ethanol solution with volume fraction of 30-80%, and an ethanol eluent is collected. The Kudingcha extract is purified with macroporous resin, which can retain its effective ingredients to the greatest extent while reducing the bitter taste, and enhance the effect of improving energy and resisting fatigue. The quality control of products through fingerprint is conducive to the improvement of product stability and further promotion of products.
