Abstract: The disclosure is related to computer-implemented methods for domain name scoring. In one example, the method includes receiving a request to provide a reputation score of a domain name, receiving input data associated with the domain name, extracting a plurality of features from the input data and the domain name, generating a feature vector based on the plurality of features, and calculating the reputation score of the domain name by a machine-learning classifier based on a graph database, which includes feature vectors associated with at least a plurality of reference domain names, a plurality of servers, a plurality of domain name owners, and so forth. In another example, the method can calculate the reputation score by finding a similarity between the feature vector and one of domain name clusters in the graph database. The reputation score represents a probability that the domain name is associated with malicious activity.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide hydrogen-free dielectric films and methods of fabrication. A hydrogen-free precursor, such as tetraisocyanatosilane, and hydrogen-free reactants, such as nitrogen, oxygen (O2/O3) and nitrous oxide are used with chemical vapor deposition processes (PECVD, thermal CVD, SACVD, HDP CVD, and PE and Thermal ALD) to create hydrogen-free dielectric films. In some embodiments, there are multilayer dielectric films with sublayers of various materials such as silicon oxide, silicon nitride, and silicon oxynitride. In embodiments, the hydrogen-free reactants may include Tetra Isocyanato Silane, along with a hydrogen-free gas including, but not limited to, N2, O2, O3, N2O, CO2, CO and a combination thereof of these H-Free gases. Plasma may be used to enhance the reaction between the TICS and the other H-free gasses. The plasma may be controlled during film deposition to achieve variable density within each sublayer of the films.

Abstract: A connection assembly for connecting a control line to a component is provided. In one embodiment, a system includes a control line coupled to a tubing hanger with a connection assembly. The connection assembly includes a first fitting connected to the control line and to the tubing hanger, with the first fitting sealing against the control line and the tubing hanger, and a main body disposed about the control line and connected to the tubing hanger with the main body sealing against the tubing hanger. The connection assembly also includes a second fitting connected to the control line and to the main body so as to seal against the control line and the main body, an internal cavity, and a test port. Additional systems, devices, and methods are also disclosed.

Abstract: An image processing method including: determining whether an operation mode of a system is a control mode for still image display or a view mode for video display; and performing processing in accordance with the operation mode. Processing in the control mode includes: specifying a specific video frame image including a suitable image of a subject of image processing, from among video frame images of a video constituted of a plurality of video frame images each including an image of the subject; displaying the specific video frame image as a still image; and receiving control related to image processing from a user. Processing in the view mode includes: performing image processing with respect to each video frame image that is input, one video frame image at a time; and displaying the result of image processing for the user to view.

Abstract: A semiconductor assembly for use with forced liquid and gas cooling. A relatively rigid nano-structure (for example, array of elongated nanowires) extends from an interior surface of a cap toward a top surface of a semiconductor chip, but, because of the rigidness and structural integrity of the nano-structure built into the cap, and of the cap itself, the nano-structure is reliably spaced apart from the top surface of the chip, which helps allow for appropriate cooling fluid flows. The cap piece and nano-structures built into the cap may be made of silicon or silicon compounds.

Abstract: Various embodiments relating to searching, identifying, and sharing music being played at entities is disclosed. In one embodiment, audio samples are received from a client computing system, and one or more songs are identified as corresponding to the audio samples. For one or more identified songs, song metadata is sent to the client computing system, and a geolocation of the client computing system is identified based on the location data. Further, a list of one or more candidate entities is sent to the client computing system, wherein the one or more candidate entities are located within a selected distance from the geolocation of the client computing system. A confirmation that the one or more songs are being played at an entity selected from the plurality of candidate entities is received from the client computing system, and the one or more songs are associated with the entity in a database.

Abstract: Three-dimensional (3D) non-volatile memory arrays having a vertically-oriented thin film transistor (TFT) select device and methods of fabricating such a memory are described. The vertically-oriented TFT may be used as a vertical bit line selection device to couple a global bit line to a vertical bit line. A select device pillar includes a body and upper and lower source/drain regions. At least one gate is separated horizontally from the select device pillar by a gate dielectric. The gates overlie the global bit lines with one or more insulating layers therebetween to provide adequate isolation between the gates and the global bit lines. Processes for fabricating the vertical TFT select devices utilize a gate dielectric and optional dielectric bases to provide isolation between the gates and bit lines.

Abstract: A multi-component C-ring coupling is provided that includes a connector, an internal C-ring, and a lower ring. In one embodiment, the multi-component C-ring coupling may include a diverter connector to weldlessly couple a diverter to a pipe, such as a conductor. In other embodiment, the coupling may include a casing housinghead connector to couple to a casing housinghead. The lower ring may be engaged with the connector via axial fasteners. The lower ring and connector may include angled internal surfaces to exert radial forces on the C-ring and cause engagement of the teeth of the C-ring with the outer wall of a pipe.

Abstract: Devices, methods, and systems are provided for loading an implantable device into a container. One aspect of the loading system contains a loader element with a loading tunnel that is configured to gradually contract an implantable device into a compressed state of reduced size relative to an expanded state as the implantable device travels through the loading tunnel.

Abstract: A method of treating a subterranean shale formation includes placing a first treatment fluid comprising a fracturing fluid in the formation; forming fractures; placing a second fluid including a sloughing agent or eroding agent in the formation; allowing gaps in the fracture faces to form; placing a third fluid including a formation stabilizer and an agglomerating agent into the fractures; and allowing the third fluid to absorb into the formation, thereby stabilizing the shale formation fracture faces and transforming the solid shale particulates into proppant clusters.

Abstract: The technology disclosed herein may be used to detect drugs with potential for abuse within a human subject. This technology may be particularly useful to discriminate between drugs of abuse, corresponding psychoactive compounds, and corresponding metabolite byproducts, which are often closely related and possess similar chemical structures. The disclosed technology uses infrared light reflectance characteristics particular to one or more chemical compounds to be detected for identification of those compounds within the human subject.

Abstract: A computer-implemented method for detecting anomalies in DNS requests comprises receiving a plurality of DNS requests generated within a predetermined period. The predetermined period includes a plurality of DNS data fragments. The method further includes receiving a first DNS request and selecting a plurality of second DNS requests from the plurality of DNS requests such that each of the second DNS requests is a subset of the first DNS request. The method also includes calculating a count value for each of the DNS data fragments, where each of the count values represents a number of instances the second DNS requests appear within one of the DNS data fragments. In some embodiments, the count values for each of the DNS data fragments can be normalized. The method further includes determining an anomaly trend, for example, based on determining that at least one of the count values exceeds a predetermined threshold value.

Abstract: Concepts and technologies are disclosed herein for providing and using a software defined network controller. A software defined network controller can be provided by a computing system that includes a processor. A service model that represents a service can be obtained. A network model that represents network resources that support the service can be obtained. Resources that support the service can be determined. Templates can be accessed to identify templates that relate to the resources. The templates identified can be assembled to obtain a template-based representation of the service. The template-based representation can be executed to determine if the service is ready for deployment.

The intermediate search result environment displays search result data of a search result that was selected in the first search result environment. The search result data that is displayed is, for example, data that was provided for display in the first search result environment. For example, in the case of image search results, the search result data that is displayed is a thumbnail image of the image search result.

The assembly may further include a second cap configured to receive a portion of the first cap. The second cap includes a distal end having a second opening. A distal portion of the first cap and a distal portion of the second cap may cooperate to define a resection loop track for receiving a resection loop.

Abstract: A method for producing de-colored shellac by dissolving colored shellac in an aqueous solution comprising an alkaline agent; contacting the colored shellac in the aqueous solution with a sufficient amount of a chlorite salt to achieve de-coloration of the shellac; precipitating the de-colored shellac by neutralizing the aqueous solution with an acid; and recovering the precipitated de-colored shellac from said aqueous solution. The de-colored shellac produced is non-toxic and suitable for human use. Dental compositions comprising the de-colored shellac are disclosed, as well as uses of the de-colored shellac as a food product coating, a nail polish or varnish, and a wood varnish.

Abstract: The invention relates to an energy efficient, environmentally favorable process for the preparation of brominated rubbers, in particular bromobutyl rubber, that uses a common medium for both solution polymerization and subsequent bromination of the rubber and which further exhibits an enhanced bromine usage due to the use of a oxidizing agent. More particularly, the invention relates to a process that employs a common aliphatic medium for both solution polymerization and bromination of rubber in the presence of a brominating agent and an oxidizing agent with intermediate removal of un-reacted monomers.
