Abstract: An information handling system includes a memory and a processor. The memory stores data associated with cooling fans and other components within the information handling system. The processor receives a first set of data for a baseline cooling condition within the information handling system, and a second set of data for a current cooling condition. The processor determines whether a first subset of data in the first set of data is substantially equal to a second subset of data in the second set of data. If so, the processor determines whether a baseline device temperature is substantially equal to a current device temperature. If not, the processor determines a first degradation issue within the information handling system based on cooling fans in a first fan zone are operating at full speed, and both a first device temperature increases and a downstream components temperature increase.

Abstract: An integrated photonics millimeter wave (MMW) radar communication system based on analog phase modulation scheme includes an integrated photonics MMW radar communication signal transmitter, a radar receiver, and a communication receiver. The transmitter includes a radar communication signal analog phase modulation module, an optical frequency comb (OFC) module, an electro-optic modulator (EOM), an optical shaping filter, an optical power divider, a photoelectric detector, an electric power amplifier, and a transmitting antenna that are cascaded sequentially. The radar receiver includes a radar receiving antenna, an electric low-noise amplifier (LNA), an optical phase modulator, an optical bandpass filter (BPF), a low-speed photoelectric detector, an electric low-pass filter, and a low-speed oscilloscope that are cascaded sequentially.

The method comprises: performing a first sintering treatment on a lithium source material and a cathode precursor material to obtain a first sintered product; and coating a surface of the first sintered product with a coating agent and then performing a second sintering treatment to obtain the cathode material, wherein the coating agent is a nickel source material and/or a manganese source material. The method can reduce side reactions in an electrolyte and particles, improve the cyclic retention ratio and prolong the service of the battery without losing the circulation capacity while simplifying a synthetic process, reducing the energy consumption, improving the yield, canceling a water washing process and reducing residual lithium.
